Took my 3 year old son in for a haircut. The owner was so sweet to him. The place is so kid friendly. She plays cartoons on tv to help calm the kids. There were cute decorations everywhere. There are special kid seats for them to sit in. She was very fast and professional. Prices are good. She even cuts adult hair too. One stop shop for the whole family. We will be back.

I had a appointment at 2 pm for my 2 year old son. The store seemed to be close when i got there, I waited for a while since i thought the lady was just late but 30 minutes had passed and the lady still hadn't showed up. She made me waste my time all for nothing. LADY, BE MORE RESPONSIBLE!!

My son is mid spectrum ASD and had a very difficult time getting his haircut. The owner is always so kind and patient that over the years he no longer cries. I can't thank her enough for working with us. She is amazing!

Amazing experience ! Both my kids look great and are very happy with their haircut. They also have toys and kids movie to keep them occupied. To the idiot that out 1 star just ask for Ana she is the best one. Take your free haircut coupon and stop crying. 1 mistake in 2 years is not bad and they gave you good customer service by giving you the coupon.

The owner is soooo unprofressional, unethical, rude, and literally stops in the middle of doing a kids hair and adds an additional charge to her quote. She leave you hostage because their hair is half done..Cal Kids is more expensive than the entire salon next door. One day I went into her salon and wanted my bangs only tied in a tiny braid. The employee was polite, she charged me $5 and I tipped her an additional $5 . I went back a few months later and the owner wanted $20 to braid my bangs to the side. I asked her why she was charging me so much, she replied, "because you are an adult." Unfortunately I thought if I took my little niece there she would charge a reasonable rate, I told the girl what we wanted., she gave me a price range. I responded "what is the highest cost possible because last time I was there she tried to over charge me" I was quoted $22 max. We arrive and all the employees left. The dishonest, evil, owner started doing my nieces hair on her promotion night. She did her exact what we wanted 2 half up brades. She stops and tells me 2 half brades was the $22 and it will cost an additional $8 to curl her ends with a curling iron. I told her $30 is a lot for a kid. She didn't even know she quoted me $30 because she doesn't know how to add $8 to $22. She stood her ground and held my niece hostage with her hair half done. We had no choice but to agree to the $30. She finished my nieces hair and I conveniently didn't have $30 on me.I gave her $26 and told her that was all I had and she just needs to except the amount I was originally quoted and be thankful for the tip. There is nothing she could do about it. I highly suggest to always do the same to her, even if you have the money. Give her what she originally quotes you. She is a horrible woman to do that to children and rip off their parents.

I went here to get my 16 month old boys very first haircut. The place is seriously so dirty. They gave my baby a small box of toys to play with and there was so much hair in the bottom and all over the toys! I asked for a clipping of hair to save for my baby book and the lady told me I could take what I wanted from the floor! I couldn't wait to leave and will not be back.
