I came here for the first time yesterday and was greeted with genuine smiles and politeness. Kim did a WONDERFUL job on my nails and did exactly what I asked. Both Kim and the gentleman working (I didn’t get his name) were so friendly and made me laugh a lot. Even the other customers in the salon were saying I came to the right place. I will definitely be back!

Had an appointment at 11:30 for three pedicures for a birthday gift. Showed up on time and as soon as we told him who we were he said we were late and he didn’t have time for us we should have been there earlier! The appointment was at 11:30 . Didn’t receive any calls or anything to tell us to be there earlier. There was no one waiting and only two people getting nails done. He wasn’t even kind about it either. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.
We had an appointment at 11:30 for 3 pedicures and got there at exactly 11:30.
As soon as we got there the owner i assume rudely started saying “if you wanted 3 pedicures you should have been here sooner” apparently on our way (we live 35 minutes away) he supposedly called us to tell us this but there was no missed call. We agreed to not do the one nail appointment we had scheduled so that we could get the 3 pedicures done and he still just sat there and argued with us, when we was there when we was told to be there.
So we went down the road to essence najl (our usual. Place) and they KINDLY fit us in all while working on 12 other clients. JUST GO TO ESSENCE NAILs!

I got the solar pink and white nails. They did an awesome job. Definitely gonna be returning.
I have been going here since I moved here from Cali a year ago and my appointment today was at 1 and I called at 1:04 and asked if my appointment was at 1, I have pregnancy brain lol so I had to call but I was already at the light pulling in & the guy told me that I was too late and to skip my appointment and he hung up on me, over all they do an amazing job, it was just rude how he went about it. I have never been late to my appointments with them at all.
Went there several times to get my nails done. Even though they charged more than some. The last time I was there I picked my color and when she started applying I told her this wasn’t the color I chose. She said it was and continued. I told her and her husband three times it wasn’t what I wanted. She looked again and realized someone had put the wrong lid on the jar. The correct number was on the bottom when they discovered the mistake I ask if I could get the color changed to the one I wanted. He said no she was almost finished and his wife said Valentine’s Day is coming up and you can wear it for that! I didn’t expect a full discount bc I did get them done. But I surely expected a discount because it wasn’t what I wanted. But no he charged me full price. I will never go back there again!!! I suggest you tell them to check their numbers on boyh lid and jar! Poor business practices!!! Bc of their love of money over their customers satisfaction they lost a good customer. I have the s&s every two/three weeks????
