Absolutely terrible customer service! I had my estimate done in January and made an appointment for March so they would have time to get the parts in. Dropped my car off March 4th and didn’t get back till March 20th! Every time I asked for an update I was told the parts were not in yet. One time the parts were damaged. The next time they sent the wrong parts etc. I was even told one time that they had some other cars come in that needed their attention right away. Will NEVER use or recommend this place!!!
The work is impeccable and the people Who work there are amazing. Due to parts delays and lack of employee pool it does take a while to get an appointment, but that is beyond their control. We've always thought of it to be worth the wait.
Caldwell Body Works did an awesome job repairing my car after a deer “hit me”. They were very professional. They even found $10 under my seat while vacuuming the car and returned it to me! I appreciate this. In this day & time that we live not many would have done this. It says a lot about the type of people that work there! I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS about this company & their workmanship.
Wonderful staff & excellent work on my car.
Brought the car 7 months ago and had to pick it up incomplete due to lack of service. Requested to inspect and receive removed parts and was denied access. Never once informed of repairs or asked for my consent. Was told 6-8 weeks not 7+ months. Terrible business will hear from my attorney.
Seemed alright! Will let you know after my car gets fixed.
Everyone is so nice. My car was ready two days early and they even cleaned it inside and out. Amazing experience.
Took my car there for some body work recently. Price was right and they did an amazing job! Would recommend
