I can't believe how many times I've passed this place! Glad I stopped today!! I ordered the smothered turkey chops dinner & it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The chops were tender & moist & the mac & cheese was amazing!The owner & his son are friendly & made a great recommendation for my meal. I went back the next day. Consistency is important! I ordered the Cajun Stuffed Turkey Leg, Jerk Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo & fried wings. Everything was AMAZING! This is my new go to spot! I'm telling you, GO TO CAJUN SOUL! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! They understood their assignment & they do it WELL!
Yeah, the food here is really good. I had fried chicken wings, collard greens, and their spaghetti. Everything was good. I also had their sweet muffin which was delicious. I will be coming back again.

2 lamb chops burned and the other tough to chew. Yes, I ate all three of them. I was mad and hungry. The greens and rice was delicious. Very disappointed that I drove 10 miles there for burned meat.
The best soul food I’ve ever had. Great customer service and the cooks deserve a reward or something because it’s always good, seasoned to perfection and good portions.
Clearly this kitchen crew didn't come to play! From the smothered turkey chops to the Peach Cobbler eggroll, everything is made with love! I had the distinct pleasure of watching this family transform food into a feastful fantasy. No matter what you order, you'll be satisfied, but I am gonna suggest you satisfy your sweet tooth with the Peach Cobbler eggroll: you won't be disappointed!
I was disappointed with this place. I ordered catfish, macaroni, greens and an extra side which I chose speghetti. The portion sizes were small. The fish pieces were extra small. I was supposed to get 3 pieces of fish it appeared that one piece of fish was cut to make it 2 pieces, I expected more with a 4.8 rating. The food was definitely not good. What a waste of money because I got sick after eating and I threw it all up.
Extremely long wait time, even if you call in. Food is good. But to call in 20 minutes ahead. Then still wait another 30 minutes for food is ridiculous. I ordered smothered wings. This is my 4th trip here. I normally grab wings and fries, and even that is 35 minute wait from the moment you call it in. Probably going to be the last time I visit for a while.
