Other than the smell of the business, the food is great and the price was great, we got it Togo. (A Cheese stick and Boudin Ball is missing cause we ate them while walking and they gave Remoulade/Blie Cheese/Ranch/and Marinara sauces included.) $10.50 out the door!
Great jambalaya and non greasy catfish po'boy. We went at a weird time, like 3pm and it was kinda empty but with 2 drunk guys messing around with other customers... Definitely worth it to go!
This felt like a hole-in-the-wall...sort of dive bar-esque, and we absolutely LOVED it here! Bartender felt like a long-term fixture, and although there were some other tourists there, the small space seemed mostly inhabited by locals. The food was pretty good (we had mixed reviews from our group, but the consensus was all around "good"). The spicy bloody Mary was fantastic! I'd absolutely recommend stopping in here if you have the chance!
I did a Google search for food near me and I came across Cajun Mikes. Nice place. The service was great and the food was excellent. I ordered the catfish poboy, alligator sausage poboy and boudin balls...OMG...all of the food was great. All together , I spent $40 I'll definitely be back.
must say this was a hidden gem that I was so happy to find. For my first trip to New Orleans this was the best red beans & rice I ever had! Also the bartender Joe made us feel like regulars! The atmosphere, food and hospitality kept us coming back 3 out of the 4 days we were there... def would go back! Thank you!
It is an old bar and pub. When you walk in, you might think otherwise we did, but the food was fantastic. I found a discount on Groupon. It was worth it.

I work in the service industry and I get tons of people ask for a good place to eat late night. I normally don't eat late night, I look up Cajun Mike's, and they stay open late. I went there tonight to try it out. Met my expectations.. Had a burger, did not disappoint. If your looking for good bar food, go there!
