Called to order 3 tons of gravel. We asked to speak with the staff to confirm that our estimate was correct. We gave them the dimensions and depth of our project (a 24' diameter circle that needed to be filled with 1 to 2 inches of gravel) and our calculations indicated we'd need about 3 tons. They said no, we would need 7 tons. I was shocked, but I've never ordered gravel before, so I decided to trust their estimate. They delivered and we ended up using *maybe* 3 tons (and by that point our project was overflowing). We had at least 4 tons leftover. A freaking mountain of gravel with nowhere to put it. I called to ask if there was any recourse (I didn't ask for a refund, I was just desperate to get this out of here and asked for recommendations). He essentially said that it's my fault, and I shouldn't have listened to him. It's my responsibility. My bad. I thought I was speaking to professionals who knew what they were doing. If you had no idea how much I needed you should have just said that. If you don't take responsibility for your estimates you shouldn't provide estimates. Period. I trusted you, and it's clear that you took advantage to milk us for more money. No idea what to do with this now.

Wild terrible drivers. Semi dump truck drop some rocks and cracked my semi windshield and i tryed to catch him and tell him. He started speeding even faster and i tryed calling company several times during business hours and no answer. This place is a joke.

Drivers are NOT CAUTIOUS, Rocks spilling all over highway , one cracked my windshield and when I called to ask about their insurance with the truck information, they said I would need video proof, then I confirmed I had dashcam footage of the incident to just be told it actually doesn't matter. Good Luck even getting ahold of them to begin with.

You might want to retrain your truck driver that's driving C-33. He just pulled in my lane on 21 in Massillon, Ohio, (no blinker) as if I wasn't there. I had to slam on my brakes and came inches of hitting the concrete median. My two kids were in the car with me as well! Had he hit me we all would of been seriously injured! Your driver is an idiot and you need to handle him before he kills someone.

Dump truck drivers are unsafe. Flying down 480 tailgating. Should respect the machinery they are operating!! Lucky no one was hurt!

Horrible drivers. They should be banned for being a hazard to normal drivers. Reckless and irresponsible.

Used to deliver 125 tons of crushed concrete. Timely, professional, and friendly individuals. Great prices as well!
