There are two Cambrinus’s on the same road and we thought we were coming to the brasserie and not the cafe. It didn’t matter in the end because the food at the cafe was so delicious and fresh. The garlic bread with white sausage was incredible! We havnt stopped talking about it all day.
The beer selection is vast and very decent. Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Really loved this place. Very reasonable for a flight of six tasting beers and a small cheese, meat, pickles ++ board. Would definitely recommend as a place to stop off on the way home
Excellent selection of Belgian beers, lovely atmosphere and polite staff. Sitting outside in the sun watching the world go by is lovely! A must if visiting Bruges if you enjoy beer.
To be honest, I don't know why this exists when you have the brasserie 100 meters away, which is much nicer.
We didn't get food because the kitchen was closed. We had one beer and left.
We passed this bar/restaurant and stopped for a drink which turned into having a late lunch, a light lunch mind you as we had dinner booked elsewhere.
Sitting outside due to the nice weather was a welcome break for us too. They have a good selection of beers, obviously, but also wine and cocktails. Soft options are also available.
When I went inside to visit the WC I wasn't expecting an old fashioned type pub set up inside. Very clean and authentic it was a nice surprise. It was very busy inside so this place is definitely popular, being located just off the main square also.
The staff were friendly throughout our meal even though they were rushed off their feet! Our group opted for a few servings of mussels and fries, soup and a hot dog. All of it went down well, clean plates throughout.
Definitely visit here again for a lunchtime helping but may opt to sit inside next time.
We chose the moulin with white wine, I drank the broth. The flight of beer included the best cherry beer in the world! Ordered the flight of bitterballen, was not disappointed. I was disappointed that they won't give u tap water. All the food I saw going by looked like I would have to go back to thus place if ever in Bruge again .
First night in Brugge and I happen upon Cafe Cambrinus…. :-). If you’ve been here, you know! If you haven’t been here, maybe you should give it a try… ????
