Seasonal lunch specials, well done. Hadn't been by in 15 years, the dining area is even nicer now, the menu is up to date. Warm shrimp well cooked on an orange garlic kalmata pepper romaine salad, just right and fast for a busy day. Service was sharp, will be back.
I think Cafe 225 is better for lunch. I hosted a friends baby shower in one of their spaces, and I had a set menu of sandwiches and salads. They were really really good. The staff were helpful with party setup and teardown, and service was quick. There was some mixup with my booking though. So for that day I'll give them 4.5 stars.
Then, a few weeks ago, I had dinner with friends for my birthday. The food was just okay. Nothing mind blowing. The service was also okay. For that day, I'll give them 3 stars.
Average both experiences out to 3.75 stars.
Relied on trip advisor for recommendations and decided to try this place. Although it was not too busy service was rather slow and our server was more attentive to conversation at the bar. We finally placed our order and it didn’t take long. Both choices were very tasty and overall it was a good visit.
Nice looking establishment and good service. Was there with a large group and had prompt service. Food was nothing to write home about. Had the Chicken Alfredo and the sauce was good but I did not like the way the chicken tasted. It was burnt on the outside but didn't appear to be cooked all the way through.
I have been going here for the past 5 years. They know their stake for sure. And every time you order it is the same best quality. My best compliments to the owners of this place and wish the all the success. I see that some one has commented on the delay of the cooking time and price. Here's what i have to say, I know their prices are little high. But you are paying for excellent food and made fresh mostly made from scratch. So it takes a little bit to get it out to you:)
My husband took me here as a surprise for my 65th birthday. While the food was very good, we were very disappointed in the overall experience. We were looking forward to a leisurely special dinner. We ordered an appetizer, salads and our entrees. ALL of these were on our table together within 15 to 20 minutes of being seated. We had NO time to enjoy each course on its own as they should be. Again, the food was very good but this expensive meal was very disappointing - especially for a special occasion. I don't think we will be returning.
Never had a bad meal. Great seafood, steaks and pasta. Incredible burgers and pizza too. Not cheap food but very reasonably priced for the quality. Bty, most of their food is cooked over oak. That's the secret to amazing food.
Very good food, and awesome prices. I was very surprised at how cheap a lot of the items on the menu were. Don't get me wrong the steak and seafood can go higher but that is typical. I would definitely be back again
