Really Zupas!! You consider this a whole salad!!! Your portions have become ridiculous! I don’t recommend this Zupas at all! And you put 3 “full sized” salads and 2 “full sized” soups in one bag where the soup was on its side and the salad was upside down!! This is unacceptable!
I absolutely love Zupas!! But, I am very frustrated with the system in place when it comes to ordering. In the past two weeks I have been to multiple locations and both locations need HELP! I have ordered in the store and I have ordered for pickup. Because the store was so busy at the location I went to and ordered inside I thought ordering to go would be a better option. It was not! My food was supposed to be finished by 7:01 pm and I didn’t get it in my hand until 7:23 pm. 22 minutes late?! That is unacceptable! The first problem is you have a bunch of teenagers running your stores and the system in place is not working. I was not the only customer frustrated, but there was about 7 other people waiting for their orders. We were all frustrated. I don’t think the gal doing the takeouts knew what she was doing and she didn’t speak English, which mad it hard to communicate. Again, it wasn’t just this location but there is a problem at multiple. I love Zupas and I go there often but things are getting worse. I don’t know that I will continue going there anymore.
Great service with generous portions. The clam chowder and the chicken noodle soup were real good. The chocolate mousse cake was excellent. Also the were great letting you sample the soups.
I used to really like Zupas but over the last 3 or 4 times I have been there I have noticed how unaccommodating they really are.
They don't write down or print your order when you tell them, I have a family of six so we each take our turn telling them what we want to order, they make the food in a really disorganized fashion and place sandwiches and soups in random places then ask me what we ordered again while they type in into the register, so now i have to gather up my family who are still waiting for food to be made and ask everyone what they ordered all over again.
That is when they often get everything wrong, forgetting items, shove all the food onto trays randomly, and we get to play the guessing game of what everything is.
Also they have chicken tenders but not ketchup? Like you are too fine of an establishment for ketchup but plastic forks are fine? And yes we are talking about a community tub of plastic utensils that everyone gets to reach their hands into while grabbing a spoon. Do you like buggers and fecal material on your spoon? Then oh boy Zupas is the place for you.
They also ask for a tip at the register, and I mentioned I would just leave cash at the table. The girl told me they don't accept cash tips because they can't split it evenly. The tip should be for whoever is bussing the table then.
I would have given 1 star but the food is okay although overpriced so 2 stars I guess.
Good tasting soup. Even the large bowl is pretty small though. Average tasting sandwiches. I would much rather have a Subway sandwich. The strawberry, raspberry, lemonade drinks are barely flavored water.
I ordered on the app. They made the wrong sandwich.
We celebrated my grandma's birthday here. The staff were very nice.
The few times I’ve been to this location the manager has given us incredible service. Staff is super friendly and the tables are very clean.
I had a great visit. The food was wonderful, my soup and salad were delicious. Grace helped me decide what to get when I was asking questions about my options and I love what she helped me choose! I will definitely be back for more!
