My go-to place whenever I visit Vegas. I eat here 3-4x in my 1-week stay. I just love their soups and salads. They’re delicious, affordable and healthy. The chocolate dipped strawberry is their signature and very much enjoyed. I miss you everytime I leave. I wish you were in Guam too!
Whenever we go to Utah, we have to stop at zupas. Because back at Cali, we don't have it. So it's always a must got to place. The Wisconsin soup and bacon avocado club sandwich is the way to go. The secret is you have to dip the sandwich in the soup just trust me and do it you won't be disappointed. Zupas employees always have a smile on their face and are so kind. Would recommend.
This is my second time ordering from this place and the food seems to be pretty good. I noticed something interesting though while eating my Mac and cheese soup that I ordered through uber eats. There was bits of plastic in my food that I had swallowed before noticing it was in there. This is pretty ridiculous and I won’t be ordering here anymore.
I showed up to this store and read an order from my phone to the worker which said, "Chipotle Glazed salad... etc," which I also ordered for myself and suddenly the worker and the manager were having a stressful situation over their workspace, which made me feel uncomfortable so I left and stood by the register across the room patiently waiting for my salads that were not under my observation being wrongfully made.
When I got home, to my surprise I was given 2 Strawberry Harvest salads instead of 2 Chipotle Glaze salads.
My girlfriend then called and try to rectify the situation.
She called and the worker who made my salad said that I ordered a Strawberry Harvest salad and stood by that no matter the fact that I in fact ordered 2 Chipotle glaze salads.
No matter what, my girlfriend said the worker insisted that I in fact ordered the strawberry salads.
All they were willing to do was offer a half salad on the house NEXT time we came in instead of fixing THEIR mistake and giving us the food that we ordered in the first place. Truly disappointed.
I went in for lunch and ordered the strawberry harvest salad. I normally order the nuts about berries or the Mangoberry salad. Apparently, I misread the menu, and I didn't realize it had chicken on it. I promptly told the young lady, I did not want the chicken (I'm vegetarian) and she remade it. To be fair, it was my mistake. When I got home and finally at my strawberry harvest salad, it was absolutely delicious. The lettuce was crisp, and the apples and strawberries were fresh. The salad dressing was sweet and tangy. Definitely a refreshing salad. The roll and the chocolate covered strawberry were much appreciated.
Overall a good experience. I have visited this location for over 10 years. I love the healthy choices you can find in Zupas.
Easy access to the shopping mall where the restaurant is located. There is a decent number of free parking spots around.
The extras (strawberry and bread) are a nice touch. You buy soup/salad or salad/sandwich. I saw a bar with some desserts such as cheesecakes and créame brûlée.
In my opinion some of my their soups have too much salt. Their soups are tasty but, excess of sodium is not good for anybody.
The greens and fruits are fresh and good quality.
We noticed they have changed the chairs, however some of the seats on the booths are not in the best condition.

Freshly made on the spot sandwiches, soups and salads. Really yummy and bursting with flavor and you get a chocolate covered strawberry free on the side. The deserts look so good, I will try it next time. The staff is amazing...they are the glue that keeps customers coming back. Very helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. I will be back.
