Pretty disappointing! We started at the salad end told the gal while she was making someone else a salad that we just wanted soup and a sandwich and she continued to ask questions and take our order and then tell us oh you need to move down the line so we moved down the line and started over. We could tell she wasn't listening to start with. There were numerous people on the beginning of the line and only one guy doing too many things at the end of the line. Passing out to go orders , stuffing bread and strawberries in sacks, ringing up people . As you can see in the pictures the soup was just a very small scoop and the sandwich which was supposed to be a deluxe only had one small slice of tomato for the entire sandwich. Deluxe my eye! And everything was cold it took so long for them to get us through the line so we could pay!
Don’t come during dinner time. They focus mainly on go orders than the customers standing in the restaurant. This isn’t my first experience, it’s every dinner night we try to eat here. You’ll stand in the order line for 25-35 minutes and watch them take care of 10+ to go meals while you wait. I asked why they put to go orders first and they say it’s because they are on a time crunch so they take priority.
Usually I have a pretty good experience at this store. Today. Not so much. Went in wait about 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally somebody acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. Then turned around. Walked to one of the associates and talked to them about something. Then walked all the way to the end and started playing cashier.
I would think if you tell someone you'll be right with them you won't go off and do other jobs.
The food was good. Their app automatically added a tip, and that was annoying as I didn't notice. I ordered curbside pick up, and I had to call to see when they'd bring the food out. The last 3 times I ordered pick up, I've had to call. One time, the food was just chilling there for 20 minutes, so they definitely need to pay better attention to their orders. The employee was nice and professional, and their soup was delish along with their grilled cheese, not too greasy and tasty.
I bought two kid meals and in my daughters soup there was a fly or bug she almost swallow it it’s disgusting. Fruit bad too old, not a good taste.
Literally the slowest location on earth. Came in at 9:15 with no one in front of me and I took them 10 minutes just to take my order. They were more focused on getting ready to close in 45 minutes than handle a customer in front of their face. Nice kids working, but clearly in need of some management and leadership.
Update: If you can go to literally any other restaurant, go somewhere else.. tried again 3 months later. If you don't have 35 minutes to wait in line, go somewhere else. Seriously. This is ridiculous.
I've been cooking to Zupas for many years. Something must've changed in the management. 25 minutes in line after ordering food is crazy. All of the employees working the line, jump from job to job. 4 different people added ingredients to my salad before the last was able to ring it up. They got rid of a few different protein bowls. Not excited to come back and won't until I forget about this visit.
Charge $74 for 2 salads, 2 soups and 2 small drinks ???? this location is very unorganized and dirty. McDonald's has higher standards
