Cactus Cantina is a local spot on the south side of wichita that is very relaxing, locally owned, & provides exceptional service. Typically come here with my Dad and to meet up with old friends for lunch. Will certainly be back. Chicken fajitas are my favorite!
Best tamales and burritos with margs!!. Daniel and staff help and make you feel at home. Love the garden and decorations inside as well !! Update came back and my 10 year old loved it too here is some pics. He can be picky but not here. Also homemade jewelry here!!
We ordered the flaming fajitas for two, they were really good and more than enough for the price.
Daniel is so nice and the food is terrific. I love family owned restaurant and this one is a keeper. The margaritas are outstanding and Daniel keeps them flowing. I love the carnitas, enchilada combo with beef chicken cheese and green chili (its red) over the top!. The chimney is great with pork cheese sauce but try it with green chili over the top.
The food was absolutely disgusting. No flavor. 3 plates ordered and maybe 3 bites taken out of each plate and still charged full price. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Asked for some kind of comp and waitress told me there was nothing she could do about it. Horrible food, horrible experience, especially for a special occasion.
THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN/HISPANIC FOOD IVE EVER ATE IN WICHITA. I happened to be near the area and I’ve always wanted to try this place, I called in and the gentleman was so nice and respectful on the phone. Said it’d be ready in 10-15 minutes and it sure was. I asked for extra limes when the employee was packing my order to go and he put lots of limes in there. The chicken was the most flavorful chicken, moist too. The queso was to die for. I love the salsa. Everything about this meal was amazing. I got 4 tacos (3 chicken with cilantro and onion and then 1 ground beef with a hard shell), chips and queso & rice and it only cost like $16. That’s insane. Love love love. Will be my new go to place!!!
This place was delicious!! We showed up right as they opened & got excellent service with delicious food. The fajitas & enchiladas where very fresh & fulfilling. We will definitely be back!
The food was great. It's the best I've had in Wichita. Nothing out of can, everything made in house. Great atmosphere and really friendly people. Very nice experience.
