From the moment you walk in you feel like family! The food is so dang good, the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is awesome! They have monthly live music and word on the street is they're transforming their outdoor patio into a little oasis by Summertime. DELICIOUS and fun margaritas you won't find anywhere else in the County and just an all around great place to go for lunch, dinner or after work drinks with friends. Gracias, Cabo's!
I normally don’t give low reviews, but the food was pretty bad. First off the chips tasted like those wafers you get during church communion. The salsa was pretty hard to eat. I got the chimichanga, and it was very bland. Even the rice and beans tasted like a British person made it.
The plates were way hotter then the food..the food had no flavor at all...I did eat about 35% of my meal and taped out lol....out of 7 of us that ate their only 3 were honestly ok with their food..I told them and still paid the normal bill of $174
Me and the wife went to eat here the food was amazing the man who served us was very nice and attentive and most of all me and my wife left happy and satisfied me and my wife will most definitely be returning to eat there again sometime
If you are looking for something light but filling The Beast Salad with shrimp is delicious! The Mexibowl is also very light and filling with great flavor (I love their shrimp). Thank you Cabos for the excellent service and lunch!
Suggested by a friend and did some research before going. With 4.5 stars I was shocked to see it. So we went in 4 adults and a child. I ordered the 3 item plate. Burrito with steak, enchilada with chicken (which the server said it was the best meat they had when I asked which kind I should get) and a chicken taco. The food was amazing!! Full of flavor and very large portions! Not much left on the plate to add anything to it. I highly recommend this place and have already told some friends that visit lake county to make sure to give it a shot! I will be returning next time I'm up that way for sure. Not to much my 5 year old loved his special to order small nachos which were enough for him to enjoy.
I usually don't write reviews. The food was bad enough to make me want to do so. Truly a waste of money, Save your money. best Mexican food in clearlake is the taco truck by Mendo Mill.
Went to Cabos for the first time in many many years. I got the Carnitas Chimichonga. I added cheese but there wasnt any. The tortilla was perfectly crispy and good. Ot was huge and I had ledt overs. The meat inside was good. Had decent flavor. The beans and guacamole were good. I did not like the rice though. It tasted generic, not authentic Spanish rice. The wait staff was extremely nice though. They stayed on top of our drinks and checked in on us. It was a good experience.
