Quick Facts About Cabana Nails & Waxing

Cabana Nails & Waxing, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. Let's analyze them in detail:
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentions that Cabana Nails & Waxing exceeded their expectations, making them feel comfortable and at home. They specifically highlight the professional and sweet nail technician named Mia, indicating that the staff at Cabana Nails & Waxing are skilled and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the selection of gel and dip powder colors is praised by the same customer, suggesting a wide variety of options for customers to choose from. Another customer also mentions that the staff at Cabana Nails & Waxing are wonderful and provided them with an awesome service, leaving them feeling great after having a nail repaired. This indicates that the salon has experienced and capable staff members who can deliver satisfactory results.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one customer mentions that their hands are still painful and the skin around their fingers looks "gnarly" even after getting their nails done at Cabana Nails & Waxing. This suggests that the salon may not have adequately addressed the customer's concerns regarding their cuticles and skin, potentially indicating a lack of attention to detail or expertise in addressing specific nail and skin issues. Furthermore, the same customer points out that the white leather chairs at the salon look and feel gross, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. This could be off-putting to potential customers who prioritize cleanliness and hygiene.
Another customer complains about their nails popping off only a week after getting them done and even experiencing an infected toe nail due to aggressive treatment. They also mention that the service was overpriced for the quality provided, paying $80 for a short coffin French tip. This suggests that the salon may have issues with the durability of their nail services and the level of care given during treatments, potentially indicating a lack of attention to individual customer needs and preferences.
Another aspect that could be improved upon, according to a customer's comment, is the atmosphere. While they appreciate the friendly staff and the nice atmosphere overall, they mention that the staff talk back and forth to each other, which can be unsettling for customers seeking a quiet and relaxing experience with soft music. This suggests that the salon may need to improve communication and maintain a more tranquil environment to cater to different customer preferences.
Additionally, one customer mentions that Cabana Nails & Waxing used to be professional and clean before COVID but experienced a decline in service quality. They had to go back to get a nail fixed and had a negative experience when their scheduled nail technician was occupied with another customer. This indicates a decline in professionalism and customer service consistency at the salon.
Lastly, a customer from five years ago mentions that the salon was great in the past but no longer meets their expectations. They mention issues such as polish being applied over the cuticle toe line, resulting in a cut, and a lack of cleanliness. This suggests a decline in the quality of service and maintenance over time, possibly indicating a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, while Cabana Nails & Waxing has strengths such as skilled and friendly staff, a wide selection of colors, and a generally pleasant atmosphere, they also have weaknesses in addressing specific customer needs, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, providing consistent service quality, and creating a relaxing environment. These weaknesses may need to be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience at Cabana Nails & Waxing.

Best KBFKR Reviews

Took my special needs brother out for the day and we decided to get our nails done. I used to get mine done somewhat frequently, but I haven't had my nails done in a year and a half due to Covid. I was hoping they would fix up my cuticles and skin around my fingers because they are a HOT MESS thanks to all the hand sanitizer and general lack of upkeep over the last 1.5 years. The nails and polish look good, he had fun, but my hands are still painful and kind of gnarly looking. They should also probably have their white leather chairs professionally cleaned because they look and feel pretty gross.
I am so pleased with Cabana Nails & Waxing! I've been trying to find a new salon since moving to the area, and had pretty high expectations for what's around here. Cabana exceeds those expectations, makes me feel very comfortable, at home, and very welcomed. Mia is incredibly professional, sweet and skilled nail technician. Will be returning for her! I'm also so amazed by their selection of gel and dip powder colors. I'm surprised they don't have better reviews!
Very nice salon! great customer experience and wonderful ladies provided awesome service. I felt great after having a nail repaired.
I got my nails done a week ago they already started popping right off and my toe nail got infected due to how aggressive they were being after I let them know it hurt. They over charge and service isn’t really that good I paid $80 for a short coffin French tip. DO NOT RECOMMEND ????????????????????????????????
Kim does my gel manicures and Tracy on the pedicures and I never go wrong. They are the best! The only thing that can use some improvement depending the vibe and mood you're going for is the background can be more quiet. The staff talk back and forth to each other which can be somewhat be unsettling if you want a quiet with soft music experience, other than that I've been coming to this place a few years now.
Also , the gel polish they have a wide variety to select from.
I used to go to this place before COVID. It used to be professional and clean. After thinking over if I should go back again took a risk and had my service done twice. To mention that the second time I had to go back to get a nail fixed because the prior service was poor. So on my 3rd visit I call to schedule an appointment. So when I get there on time!!! The nail tech was just starting someone else! I was not happy at all. I was told other person could do my nails when I had already scheduled an appointment with the specific person. Will never go back to this spot again.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Call to make an appointment. Basic pedicure is a bit of a let down. The pricier pedicure with candles and a foot/calf massage is way better. Good place to treat yourself to something special. Would love to see an update to the chairs, massage chairs would be a more notable experience.
I used to go there about 5 years ago. It was great. It was pricey but good service. I got mani and pedi. Polish was over the cuticle toe line and I got cut. The place could be a bit more cleaner too. For what I paid and received, I won't go back.
