Did me fair and great with a service call use these guys won’t regret it
John and the guys are great. They try to get your vehicle back to you on schedule, they are fair, and honest. Will be going to C&T for all of our repairs.
Parked my car at work and luckily noticed my tire was leaking before I went in. Called my dad and he found the place and they came and fixed it. I’m unable to leave my job and by the time my shift ended everything would be closed and I’m miles from home. So having someone come out to fix my tire was a life saver. Shawn/Sean was very accommodating and personable!
Absolutely 100% the place to call if you break down with a truck. Good guys, that know their stuff, arrive quickly, and are just plain nice people. Super easy to deal with, very helpful above and beyond what most shops will do. I hope I don't break down in Winston-Salem again, but if I do, C&T will be my first call.
They do not work on Autos....They only work on 18 wheelers.
False advertisement
Very helpful people, extremely nice and they know what they're doing. The owner Chuck, answered my call at 2am and helped me to get back on the road asap. These people are in the right business with the right mindset. You dont meet folks like them. If you're broke down or need any help give them a call, I assure you the process will be very pleasant. Terrible service! What seemed to be a great situation, turned into a nightmare! We sent a truck into their shop for clutch issues, they inspected the truck, and replaced with a brand new clutch. Not even a couple hundred miles after the clutch left the shop, it started to slip again and burnt through a brand new clutch. When we asked about their warranty program, they did not even try to help us out, gave us the run around on the phones, and we ended up paying twice to get this truck back on the road as we sent it to a different shop to correct their shops screw up. Unfortunate for smaller diesel shops as we are going to make it a company policy to avoid them at all costs and give our business to the bigger, more reputable companies.
I moved to Winston about 2 years ago. I started going to C & T trucking because I needed a new Mechanic for my Duramax. My first experience came when it was time to change my fuel filter. I brought my preferred fuel filter to the shop and Chuck, the owner, changed it for me personally as a courtesy and I've been going there ever since. He didn't treat me like I was just a customer. This guy is awesome.
