This is an awesome repair shop. Steve runs it and he is so friendly. They are so nice about taking me home while they’re working on my car. I would recommend 100%.
Had an issue while in town and needed a quick fix. Since I was originally from the area I knew about C&S from my youth. Called them up, told them what I needed and they said come on. Had me in and hour in an hour which was reasonable for the job. What’s more they could have charged me whatever they wanted. I’m driving an expensive truck from out of town and it’s a holiday for many places. Again, they were reasonable on the price showing their integrity. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful experience all around. Our van was having issues on the way home to the OBX. I think Dale was our mechanics name, but everyone helped out to get us on the road with our baby and two dogs. Our beagle made himself at home on the couch. Van is running great. Very knowledgeable. Thanks to all.
Driving from Raleigh to the Roanoke River with a canoe on the top of the truck and the radiator gets a leak. Dale and Joshua stayed late on a Friday to see us safely on our adventure. Fixed our radiator quickly and at a reasonable price. Even cut the A/C on in the waiting area so i could take a nap while i waited. I would highly recommend these guys!
We were please with Mr. Lee. He kept us informed on the work that needed to done to our 2009 Subaru. The work that was done was done in a timely manner and the pricing was fair.
I brought my vehicle to be repaired. Already had prior knowledge of problem. Explained thoroughly what I expected to be repaired. Then was told something completely different. Plus, charged me unfairly for a look at known problem. Which I don't agree a fee was necessary. Since no new information was given. I wasn't aware of vehicle inspected. Think twice bringing your vehicle here. Be prepared for the unexpected as I was. The job shouldn't require extra not needed.
Used for a short aaa tow. Prompt and communicative by live phone, and polite. Perfect
I scheduled to have them look at my car. I had to drop my car off but didnt have a way to get to my other car. The guy was kind to drive me to my car. When they were done fixing my car they showed me all of the bad/removed parts and explained the issues. The cost was more than expected but I havent had the same issues again.
