My husband’s co-worker recommended this shop, called in, my call was responded promptly and scheduled to come to change rear breaks. Salvador gave me an estimate what to expect. When arrived was met promptly. My car was ready sooner than promised. Paid what was estimated. Everyone who I met at the shop and outside were very nice and professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning for other services.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting C-Rose Auto for some repairs on my car, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring that all my questions were answered. The mechanics are exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and the necessary repairs. They worked efficiently and my car was ready earlier than expected. The prices were very fair, and I appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the process. It's rare to find such a trustworthy and reliable auto service. I will definitely be returning to C-Rose Auto for any future car needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-quality car services.
They answered the phone when I called and gave me prices and information over the phone. Brought my van here for a smog for registration and their policy is "No pass, no pay for year 2000 and younger" so if your car doesn't pass smog, you don't pay. The workers here are friendly and informative and super approachable .
Coming here I have no regrets. Great experience. Great service. Great prices. 10/10 reccomend
My uncle recommended this place after I received a high estimate for car repairs at another auto service place. They were professional, took care of repairs in a timely manner, and cut the cost from the original estimate by almost 75%. Recommended!
Always great work at a super fair price. They work on my new and my classic car!
Long story short - my car is worse off now then when I brought it into the shop. They don't pay attention when you're trying to explain what's wrong, as they would just go about their business. Now I have problems with the car that I didn't have when I brought it into them. I do not recommend getting your car serviced here. Oh, forgot to mention that they got grease all over everything in my car - steering wheel, inside door handle, my belongings that were in the trunk (that they ripped apart and didn't put parts back). Thanks a lot Chris for the horrible service!
This is one place I almost never want to share about. They are amazing, one of the last truly honest, greatest service, amazing value. Honest, trustworthy
Took my car for a Smog Inspection Test today. I was in and out of there. No wait time. Very friendly and the price was very reasonable.
