Any time I have trouble with my car I come here its been over 3 years they do a wonderful job every time I’m currently here now lol
My mother’s car had abruptly stopped on the road earlier today. She noticed this bodyshop close by and decided to ask them for help. She went inside the shop and even though they were about to close, a gentleman from the shop helped her in determining the issue. He went above and beyond. She forgot to get the name of the guy that helped her - but i just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you for helping her. Thank you so much. This place employs good people, and that in itself is a place worth coming to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ????
Great place to have your car worked on really nice guy easy to work with prices are reasonable I would definitely take my car here if I needed work done.
I was quoted an outrageous price of $1,200 to get my brakes done and resurface my rotors by Louetta Automotive. They even tried to get me to finance it. Off the back I knew the price was too high and that a needed to get a second opinion. I was recommended to this place by a co worker of mine. It was one of the best decisions Ive made when it comes to servicing my automobile. The staff is nice, polite knowledgeable and was able to give me straight forward pricing. They resurfaced my rotors and changed all four brake pads with a warranty included for a fraction of what other places were quoting me. The mechanics are very professional and explained to me in detail on what needed to be done in order to get my vehicle performing the way it should. Overall I am very content with the service here at C&R Master Car Care Spec at 14610 Tomball Pkwy Suite 402 Houston Tx.77086. I have a second vehicle that I will be bringing to get serviced. I am a raving fan of this particular establishement. And I encourage anyone who has questions or is searching for a good Car Care place to give these friendly staff and awesome mechanics a try.
They couldnt fix my car the day I took it there after tearing it apart out back so they pushed it in the garage under a car that was on a lift. The next day after Temo had gotten the part needed and my car was ready, I went to pick it up. I immediately noticed the hood was on crooked. I know for a fact they removed the hood because they couldnt work on my car without removing it because of the car on the lift mine was under. I understand why they did it but to look me straight in the eye and lie to me saying "we didn't remove your hood" that just irks me. I know they removed it because they adjusted the fenders to straighten up the gaps between the hood and fenders. In addition to that, they broke one of the windshield jet nozzle sprayers on the hood and tried to just glue it down with black mastic to cover their mistake which is further proof they removed my hood and lied to me about it. They do okay work in the mechanical sense but dont ever leave your vehicle overnight with them. They will lie about anything. One last thing, first I was quoted 207.00 to change thermostat, then it went to 319.00 when they saw it was the hoses that caused my overheating problem. The next day, the bill was 630.00. I was reemed royally, avoid these liars!

If you intend to do business with these guys, consider getting a 2nd opinion from another mechanic beforehand, so you know exactly what needs to be done instead of paying for their guess work, or any surprises after they service your vehicle...also, expect to pay top dollar for overpriced parts, any parts similar that meet manufacturer standards they will not provide for you because there cheaper...in my case, went to service my power steering pump, was told by the main mechanic (temo) that it was only the pressure line and a belt that needed to be replaced, cost $320 and 1 day later car is back in the same condition, so I called in to the shop, was told over the phone "its probably contaminated fluid"...yet they didn't think to check that out the 1st time, and to service the fluid is $50...spring break, so I can't take my car back right away, parent of 3, but following that week I take my car back to C&R only to have another mechanic there say "oh, it's your rack and pinion"; guess how much they want now, $530, 310 for the part, when there are several parts similar ranging from 150 to 250 all meeting specifications for my vehicle, and to add insult to injury, Temo never acknowledged the fact he didn't properly diagnosis the problem, and wasn't going to rectify it without it costing me more money...go figure, just another mechanic that will string you along, can never really TRUST em...
walk-in.... Not a car expert... But they came Across as Very PROFESSIONAL... NEW TO THE AREA... I'LL BE DEALING WITH THEM TIL THEY SHOW ME DIFFERENT
