My transmission went out on my truck in Santee. I was too far from home, so I had my truck transferred to this place in Orangeburg. I was told that I needed a new transmission, the place they order from doesn't have any rebuild transmission. I paid 2300 dollars up front for a brand new transmission. I was going back and forth with them for a whole month before I finally got my truck back. First, even though I paid for a new transmission, they put reman, meaning "remanufactory" After I told them that I ordered a new one, the lady said "We put that on all receipts." I asked for the warranty for the new transmission and was told that there wasn't any, that they do the repairs. They finally extend the warranty to three years, and I can only have them repair it. THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEY PUT A NEW TRANSMISSION IN MY TRUCK! I asked for my old transmission and was told that they are keeping it for core. You don't have a core if you paid the full price of the part! I asked to speak with the owner and was told that the owner was sick in the hospital. These people are crooked, I was told by a lawyer I should have called the cops and had a police report filed. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
They are a licensed Repair Pal shop. The staff was courteous. When I called for an update on repairs for my truck they promptly explained that they ordered the part but it would take a few days to arrive. They called me when the part came in, I brought my truck back and they did the repairs with no hassle.
Please explain why you keep telling my son that you ordered his parts 2012 chevy cruze3 months ago but have no idea when they will come in and why you cant reprint him the estimate?
This place is the best ! I took my car in for alternator replacement and left . I was called in an hour telling me it was done ! I mean “WOW “ . I wasn’t expecting it so soon because the alternator looked like a real pain just to get to . C&M Auto Repair is the best , hands down !
C&M Auto was very helpful diagnosing our car problem & the staff were very friendly. Being from out of town, many are concerned about how we would be treated with resonable repair costs. We were very comfortable with the staff & very fair fees.

To the few people with the negative reviews about this shop I disagree. I've taken several cars here for oil changes and different things. As for Daniel if you think this shop is high your nuts. Show me a cheaper shop and honest workers clownary I will awesome you purchased a used car you get what you pay for. The owner and staff are the coolest you will meet and straight forward. Go to jiffy lube or Monroe than complain. After leaving jiffy lube hope your car still work ????

On our way home to Florida, pets in the van and midway through a long day of driving, we notice brake noise as we were approaching Orangeburg SC. We are not from the area so we looked up google reviews and found these great people who were able to get us back on the road in no time and charged us less than weever expected. I can’ t say enough about the kind and knowledgeable people. C&M Auto is a clean and efficient repair shop with a comfortable waiting room. Shopping and dining options within walking distance.
