Best WLM Reviews
This shop is great with repairs. I have brought my truck there twice, and both times they were able to diagnose the issue and repair it at a reasonable cost.
Called regarding an bit of an odd size tire, after calling many other tire places. They had 4 in stock, and pulled one for me. Set it aside, went up 45 min later. Had tire installed and out door in right around 40-45 minutes. Set up appt to go in 2 weeks for another tire. Have to budget for tires these days, but that is in no way their fault. Lack of availability in the tire market right now, in the size we need, for our vehicle. Friendly nice guys. Highly recommend!!!
Al and team are great...straight shooters who always provide quality work.
Al is the only mechanic in MD that I fully trust. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of by these honest people. Unlike most other business looking to find things wrong to up-charge your bill, these guys will give you an honest professional opinion of your car's problems and possible solutions. With this kind of service, it is no wonder why they are constantly busy. They have plenty of work to do that they don't need to look for more things wrong just to make the bill higher. They aren't going to be the cheapest shop around, but their quality service is on par with the dealerships. "Value-added" service that you can trust........
Excellent service, fair price, very friendly, I even enjoyed a good movie on their TV while I waited. I had to miss the end because they were done before it ended.
Enemy of the state in case you wanted to know.
Best car repair shop! All of my family's vehicles and my Mom's business' fleet of vehicles have been taken to Al's shop for repair and basic maintenance for the past thirty years. Al is extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair, and super friendly.
This shop came well recommended and my initial experience with scheduling my appointment was fine but once I arrived for my appt, things went down hill. Hoping maybe I just chose an off day but I was met with a terrible, dismissive attitude and left with no clear answer to my car's issue. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
C&H Big Al will treat you right for all your vehicles needs. I have no complaints whatsoever very reasonable and a fast turnaround.
