We have worked with C&H twice after two accidents, for which we were not at fault. They took a very frustrating experience (dealing with an accident caused by another party) and made it as painless as possible. From the start, their customer service was noticeably superior to other companies I contacted. They were honest with repair dates and expectations, which I appreciated. They kept us in the loop for the entire repair process. Not only were they able to get my vehicle in early, they were able to finish early- which was unexpected, but appreciated. I was so pleased with the quality of work and the state of my vehicle now. I highly recommend this business.
Phenomenal customer service and quality of work. I've had to bring two vehicles for repairs and both times the front desk staff were so pleasant to deal with. I've even recommended them to friends due to this and their superior quality of work.
C&H Body & Fender absolutely exceeded our expectations of service, quality and cost. My severely damaged Toyota Tacoma was repaired and looks like new. My wife and I could not be happier. The service we received from Darrel, Taren and Donna was exceptional. We were treated like Ohana. Our Tacoma was repaired and when we picked it up it had been washed, vacuumed, windows cleaned and tires treated ❤️

So glad C&H is on the list of preferred companies for the insurance company - had read many positive reviews and knew we wanted them to repair our car. They did not disappoint! Workmanship is excellent and the car was ready in less time than promised. Plus they give a limited lifetime warranty and washed and sanitized the vehicle too! Dawna and the entire staff are so pleasant and easy to work with -
If we need auto body work in the future we will certainly use them again and will highly recommend C&H to family and friends!
Dawna Higa and staff were wonderful to work with. They were thorough, excellent work and even helped me get new tires for my car. Took a huge amount of anxiety off me knowing I was in such capable hands. I'm so pleased with the work they did, you'd never know there was any body damage. Great communication. I highly recommend!
Staff needs to communicate more with the clients and keep everyone on the same page both with their vehicles and the insurance companies. Also I don’t recommend unless your willing to wait to actually have an appointment 1-2 months later.
We used C&H body for repairs on our car after an accident. Aaron and the guys were so helpful in arranging the order of parts, dealing with insurance, and scheduling the repair. They made sure my time wasn’t wasted and worked hard to help me with anything I needed. Very friendly and good guys! Will definitely use them again if I need to in the future.
Brought my Subaru Crosstrek here for front bumper damage covered by insurance. Bit tight on parking but great quality work. Made sure that insurance covered rental and had the shuttle come when I dropped vehicle of. This is my second time coming here and have yet to be disappointed. Update: another outstanding job. Little things I noticed is that they made sure the air in tires where adjusted, the computer display reset to default, vacuuming the car and other little things that made it all worthwhile.
