Hands down the best pizza I've ate in Indianapolis. Service is great and the vibe is just fun enough but not over the line. It's like the cool friend you want to hang out with but doesn't obsess over putting down drink coasters. 10" pizza is perfect for one person. Eat here. Stop futzing around and get here.
Me and my boyfriend went to this restaurant today never been here but was craving pizza and we came upon Byrnes pizza!. We was greeted as soon as we came in but wanted to sit outside at the tables and chairs they had available. We waited like 15min for the server to come outside to the table it looked as if she was the only server inside and out, other people outside was waiting too. We started off with breadsticks (terrible) don’t get them they was dry, cold, with no butter glaze on them or even garlic butter, the cheese sauce we ask for tasted like Alfredo sauce, I got the Forager pizza which was pretty decent it definitely redeemed from the bread sticks and my boyfriend got the steak Sandi that he described as average or okay. But overall no wow factor here but maybe if you try something different it may be better but proceed at your own risk.
Great place to eat! Staff was super friendly. The dining room and restroom were clean and appealing. The food was great. Their grilled pizza is unique and blows most thin crust out of the water! The bruschetta was amazing!
Had not heard on Byrne’s until yesterday, so we checked it out for lunch and loved it! We were a party of 6, so we split up and tried the bread sticks, 10” pizzas, and strombolis. They were all delicious. I had the Hey Zeus 10” pizza, which the 10” is perfect size for one person. The bread sticks are really large, one bread stick was more than enough for me, and they had multiple dipping sauces you can try (just get a sample of each sauce and try them all!). Service was really fast, and our waiter was enjoyable to converse with. I will definitely be back!
This place was pretty good.. they made our entire pizza wrong so they took 50% off of the pizza ..it was still a good pizza. The breadsticks are good.. we thought they would be better w a little butter or garlic butter brushed on them as they were just a little bit dry..the beer cheese is ok. The salads are good and the bruschetta is good also it's not too crispy but a little more tender on the inside and crispy on the outside the balsamic vinegar is a perfect touch! They also make their "adult beverages" pretty strong
All the bacon on the pie was like little pieces of charcoal I had to pick off was my first time here and was not impressed breadsticks were super hard and not worth getting could have had a lot of others options for the price
This small family run pizza joint is amazing. Thin crust pizza that is wood fired with just the right amount of burnt crusty edges. Took two friends who had never been and they thought it was out of this world. Always a stop for us before a BU BBall game.
I ordered the TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN SALAD-carry out. Got to my car and noticed they left out the ham. Went back inside to get the ham, which btw was very fatty.
Got home, half of the romaine lettuce had brown patches and very little of it was the leafy green part of romaine also, one of only 2 cherry tomatoes was rotten. Between the rotten lettuce and tomato the entire salad smelled and tasted rotten. Threw it away.
I received an email from the owner apologizing and offering to compensate me with a credit or a gift card.
Now THAT'S GOOD BUSINESS!
