Best WLM Reviews
Mr Byrd has been an all time favorite full service shop for many years with impeccable customer service. Be in and out in a jiffy and I 100% recommend anyone needing reasonable prices to simply stop by.
The staff was nice. The price was very reasonable. It was done quickly
Great service and price are great Recommended 100%
My experience was great they get you in and out ????
If your car needs an inspection, take it here. I was in and out fast yesterday. Support this brother
This establishment is friendly, fast and efficient. I was able to get my inspection done rather quickly with no wait. The parking lot was clean. The owner has a pleasant attitude. They accept cash and credit. Please ALWAYS remember to support local and black owned businesses. Great then with the same if not greater respect and kindness as you would a non black owned business. Thanks Byrd! respectfully, Anita
Always professional and fast service.
I went to a Byrd last year and had a problem he told me he would do his best to fix it. He tried and tried to fix it. He even had me come back later after work to work on the car to get it to pass. Unfortunately I had to take my vehicle somewhere else to get the problem fixed, but I went back to him to get the car inspected. The company that fixed my car overcharged for the oil change and in turn wanted me to get inspected there. I said “no thanks “ I’ll go back to the place I feel will best service me. I went back to Byrd’s establishment the next day at lunch. Byrd was pleasantly shocked and understanding. He said since I could not fix the problem and you still came back. Keep your money and I’ll inspect if for free. Now that’s the way you keep a long life customer. I tried to pay and he said “ no” just tell your friends and family about me to support. I absolutely did and will continue. Anyway, I recently in the past 2 years started to support our black owned businesses no matter what they charge, cause we don’t know the cost they have to pay to service us and their trying to make a living as well. We generally don’t mind spending a lot of money elsewhere and don’t ever complain. Just to brag about the money spent.
