Being a guy who's always hungry!
I asked a couple of local residents where the best place to eat was?
The Buzz Inn always came up!
I ordered my drink and the 12oz steak dinner "rare," let me tell you, that beautiful cut of meat came hot and rare!
Wonderful meals all around the table!
We stopped here after a local suggested it. They had a great menu selection and my wife had the Salisbury steak lunch special (a steal at $7.99) and I had the chicken bacon burger. The food was excellent and the service friendly and fast (very important to us since we were travelling).
Our Hostess was too busy visiting with friends to even acknowledge we were there standing at the front desk. We were warned they were recovering from a rush but even taking that into account the floor was very dirty. Our server was good and very personable.
The food was ok but my T-bone for example had to be the thinnest cut I have ever seen. Ordered medium rare, much of it was way over cooked. Not hard to imagine with such a thin slice.
The three other plates came with fries, but none were crispy.
The desserts however were great.
Food is okay. Would expect slightly better for the price.
Steak Meat portions are small most of the times. Plate fills with fries(or whatever side you order). Veggies lack the crunch & feel mushy..due to probably being frozen. The chef gets the medium-rare right though.
Shrimps are nice, but could use a little thinner batter.
May be Granite falls needs some competition.
The food was good, I recommend the Ruben & Patty melt. But our server was pretty neglectful. She must have been having an off night. It's all good, we like coming here for a night out and not having to cook at home.
For sure, your best bang for your buck. The food was decent, and the price was good. I would for sure eat here again.
Buzz Inn is a good steady-eddy place to have in town. All the food is decent. I've had Steaks, burgers, breakfasts, and appetizers, and would order all again.
Wish I didn't stop here. Some lady working was talking a little too loud about her staff saying they are lazy. This was after waiting 30 minutes to have more order taken. Seems like a dramatic place to work.
