He is an excellent mechanic and great tow truck driver. You won't find much better service than Buzz. He truly cares about helping people and his work shows it every time.
Broke down on Highway 27 today, and used Buzz Duncan’s towing. Let me say this; you will not find a kinder, more punctual guy than Buzz Duncan. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know here locally. He was truly a Godsend during a very chaotic moment.
Buzz Duncan helped rescue me last week when my motorcycle's left exhaust pipe fell off an hour after sundown. I can see why he was the state trooper's first choice to come help me. He picked up the bike and dropped me off at the hotel up the road. The next morning he and the other guys found me a couple of nuts and helped me bolt it back on, plus they found some metal strap to secure it further down and fastened that to the bike. Total cost: $35. I was very pleasantly shocked.
I'd put this guy's number in my phone if I were coming down to Lake Cumberland or other places in the area with my RV or boat or whatnot.
Had air condition problems took the car up there kept a week told me to drive it a few days and see if it's fixed it was not took it back said another week was not fixed I picked the car up and it was not all put back together very disappointing and I asked before I left if it was okay to take the car put me in a dangerous situation
He's done lots of work for my familys vehicles. He's friendly and straight forward . Simply best around .
Experienced, friendly, fair priced. Only problem is takes some time to get to your car where they only gave a couple workers. But well worth the wait.
Theyve been a favorite since we have lived in McCreary County. Excellent customer service and best automotive repair in the county.
Buzz has been towing cars here for long as I can remember and he's the best
