We decided to stop at Electric Works after the circus to grab some lunch and after walking around decided to give this a try. I got the “Youz Guys” sandwich and was really good. It was lunch so wasn’t trying to over eat and it was plenty filling! We did get the dinner for 2 which gives you: 2 entrees, 2 sides, and 2 cookies. I chose the cowboy beans and a Reese’s peanut butter cup cookie for my meal. The side portion is just a little cup but overall the meal was the perfect amount of food. I would definitely go back and try other sandwiches. It’s worth trying if you’re in electric works!
I love visiting Electric Works and Buyamba has quickly become my favorite. Customer Service is excellent. I’ve tried many of the sandwiches including breakfast sandwiches and they are all delicious including the vegetarian Philly cheese. They were out of mushrooms when I requested that and quickly ran to Plow Shares (another favorite) for fresh mushrooms for my sandwich. Plus, they are supporting a good cause.
Located inside Electric Works is a fantastic sandwich shop. My son had the grilled cheese (he isn't very adventurous) but it was delicious. I had the Chef Salad (I wanted to try something different). This salad did not disappoint and they don't skimp on the toppings. If you are looking for a sandwich try the Coney Island Ruben.
Used to live in Philly. This is the best cheese steak in town. Not the cheapest by far, but if you want the BEST it's well worth the indulgence.
So good they have so many options I had the BigB sandwich and a salad that was really refreshing and good,,,also my job orders from them and their breakfast sandwiches are really good as well,you can choose to build your own sandwich, so much to choose from,it's really nice as well&the owner,it's located inside the electric works building.10/10 recommend,will be trying lots more from them:)
Amazing Italian fahgettaboutit sandwich. Huge and could easily split with someone.
It is an open air Cafe style in Electric Works. We sit at the area by the bars and have a few craft beers.
Love this place.
Top notch Philly cheesesteak! Very large sandwich with high quality steak, plenty of cheese, even the bread was awesome. I ordered mine with the extra grilled veggies. Large enough to split with someone, especially if you need to leave room for dessert at Local Apple Cart ice cream ????
