Excellent customer service. I came here because the ribs are always consistent and delicious tender and juicy. I ended up putting in an order for 9 slabs of ribs for a surprise birthday party. The rids were a hit, enjoyed by all. What I liked, the owner had the rids packed and cut in individual bones still in the order of the slabs so you may see you are getting your full order. I highly recommend this place.
First timer and now a loyal customer. Where do I start, the atmosphere is nostalgic and cozy. The service, I felt like family. The food!! Delicious!!!! I had the collards, mac and cheese and ribs. The ribs had just the right amount of smokeyness and seasoning, you dont need sauce. Lastly, the dessert, you have to get the dessert, it completes the meal.
One of the best neighborhood spots in Stone Mountain. Meat is smoked to perfection. Homemade barbecue sauce is delicious. I love the barbecue Cabbage, mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad.
Went to this place on 3/10/24
I ordered the smoked wings with baked beans, and mac& cheese... it was good. The cashier was great.. food was hot and fresh. I have wasted so much money on food here in the Metro Atlanta area and I must say I was extremely happy and satisfied ????... this will be my go to spot for my BBQ cravings
THEE most superb bbq I’ve had in a LONG time. That meat was soooo tender and flavorful. Without a doubt top notch. Service was pleasant and quick. They were on deck, ready to serve. I hope to return sooner than later.
Food is good but could get a little more meat for the price, especially the brisket. If the portions were a little more, I would have given 5 stars. I bought the cocolate cake for my husband and woulnd up estimg half of it, and i dont even like chocolate cake.... it was slammin! Smoked cabbage was good. Greens could have been cooked a little more, but overall, I was pleased!
This is a roadside hole-in-the-wall BBQ shop. You order in a small one room house and wait for your order outside (locals seem to wait in the car with their buzzer). And it was the best brisket we have ever had. Simply incredible tenderness! And the potato salad and beans - typically things I only snack on - were just as good. The plate was locked clean.
I got the rib tips because they we're out of brisket. It was very good along with the Mac n cheese , collard greens and potato salad. Takes a little time for the food to be cooked so order ahead if you are in a hurry. The serrvice was very good too.
