AWESOME! From a hamburger guy...Butter and Egg servers the best plane double cheesburger I have eaten since I left college in 1985. With all the mass production fast food joints, I forgot what a quality hambuger tasted like.
Was just out driving around the country and found this place. The building was nice, It was about 12:30 ordered an omlette, found out they quite serving breakfast at 11:00 common but with a name of butter and egg diner you would think they would serve breakfast all day. Ordered a BLT asked if I wanted fries, I agreed was charged extra, plus iced tea, server was nice, but coworker had attitude, and really could care less, about anything there. sandwhich was ok, fries were decent, but for $13.98 was way too much for way too little.
Best food around. Great people, great prices.

.I think they do pizza too. And you can call them and order ahead and pay when you pick it up. I like the gravy biscuit with a side order of bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast . Always good
For a local "dive" the Butter n Egg Diner is great! The breakdast was awesome, with large portions. The service is very good, and the atmosphere is perfect! Just be sure your GPS takes you to their new location, and not the old location. Both are on Butter n Egg road.
Burgers are delicious! Plenty of tables of various sizes.
Best thing ever, my daughter and I had no phone service/Wi-Fi inside... forcing us to (gasp) INTERACT!
Food is okay. No counter help. You can walk out without paying and they probably wouldn't notice.
