Excellent food! Not long wait times, clean atmosphere. I ordered the mixed grill platter and my wife ordered chicken biryani. We both loved the food! Highly recommend this place, 5 stars!

I went a few times because the food was good, but hated my last experience enough to never go back again. Took my order and then had me wait over an hour to get it, promising it was "only 5 minutes from being done" 3 times. I tried to cancel my order and the owner wouldn't let me. The son then came out and apologized and said the food was free for the issues. I finally got my food, but the front desk "couldn't refund my credit card." The son then said he would take care of it that night or within the next 2 days. After messaging with the son 3 days later and then a week later, all I got were promises that it would be fixed. I messaged again after that, but never even got a reply. You lost a customer from your empty promises and shady business tactics. I hope a respectable business takes your place.
Karahi House was one of our go-to places for the last 2.5 years. We have probably gone there more than 30+ times already, and I hate to say it, but they’ve really worsened the taste of the food. There's barely any chicken in the butter chicken or chicken jalfrezi. The vegetable tawa tastes so bland, and so does the fish. Their quality has really gone downhill, maybe after the owner changed. The previous owner was probably also the chef who used to take care of his customers and ask how the food was, but now there's barely anything good left there. Karahi House has been disappointing us since a couple of our last visits, and after our most recent experience where the food tasted so bland and there was barely any chicken in the butter chicken, we will probably not be going there anymore. We hope they do better. Also, the price is going up, which is fair, but at least don’t ruin the quality.
Visited them last weekend after 8 months. They never disappoint MashaAllah. We enjoyed perfectly made karahi and flavorful mixed grill. Our usual order.
