Best bus I've ever had! Oh really! It has outlet to charge the cell phone, wifi !!! Excellant driver! Congrats on the job!
Worse service ever. I get that about tickets are not refundable. But when it’s you guys fault, y’all should give people their money back. My dad has been waiting for the Power coach line bus, when it’s finally here the A/C don’t work. You guys expect people to ride for 4 long hours in the heat, where the windows can’t even be open. When I call the company they are sending my calls to voice mails. Why am I being ignored when y’all took my money I paid for a round trip ticket so y’all better do better than that. Be sure to answer my calls next time. I’m not even sure why I gave you guys a star. Ridiculous!
Never had any problems during my trip from Kissimmee to Miami. Bus is well conditioned, driver is nice and accommodating, and most of all we got there on schedule. For the price that I paid for, I was slightly expecting an issue along the way but everything went well. Will definitely recommend this to people who needs to go to Miami who’s on a budget.
I sat at the stop for three hours. Customer service claimed the tardiness was due to heavy rain in Miami. After getting off the phone and checking the weather, I realized there wasn't any rain. I called back and demanded to know what was going on and he said that the bus will be arriving shortly. I waited another two hours. The office closes at 9 and now I am unable to get in contact with anyone. I ended up missing a full day of work. I will never deal with this company again.
I have to say that I wasn’t expecting to much because was the cheap ticket and best time between Orlando/Miami. I was surprise with the service. The Driver Fernando was very nice and helpful I was traveling with my baby and we had a nice trip. Thank you for the service.
The busses I've been in haven't had wifi as advertised & some drivers are more friendly & professional than others. I once had a driver that had earlier plugs in & didn't take them out so if you had a question you had to pretty much yell, plus his English didn't seem that good.
The 2nd time I road the bus driver was super friendly & professional & played some good movies.
Good price for the trip back & forth to Miami to Orlando.
This bus service is the worse smh I booked a reservation from Orlando to miami to leave Orlando by 3pm. The bus did not even arrive I'm writing this now as I speak. I'm starting to think they just want you to book a reservation to take the money and not have a bus pick up up . I called there phone I don't know how many times and they do not even pick up. What's the point of having a bus service if you aren't going to run it properly. This is ridiculous and they really need to get it together. First they had one location that was running pretty smoothly and then they changed locations to some run down dirty hotel. Mind you they have a front desk and there isn't anyone sitting there. The number that they have displayed on the desk don't even waste your time to call it because its disconnected smh. The place is a joke people please look somewhere else.
This bus line is excellent, each time I rode it it has been a great experience. I once left a bag on board the bus and they (Warden C.) were able to contact me and even offered to bring it back on board with them on the route back. Great service all around, very economic and punctual, definitely will be using this bus for some time.
