I've always had a positive experience working with Joel. The quality of work is exceptional, and his prices are fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Burkett's Automotive Repair for all your vehicle repairs.

I brought in my 2013 g37 to get a brake and light inspection + smog, everyone at the shop was was amazing! Joel helped me with the brake and lamp inspection, he was very informative and kind, i definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or services! 5 stars hands down

Very happy with my experience there. They know what they're doing and very helpful. They do not charge you for something that you do not. They help you out with any questions and do only what you ask them to do and if you need something more. They let you know before they do it highly recommended them. They're very reliable.

Had an 8:30am appointment and was out by 9:15. They showed me how bad the hoses were on my Toyota and replaced them all. Walked out paying less than $100.

Good honest people, and good quality work. Those are the two most important things about any automotive business.

Excellent service from an honest business. Easy to deal with and refreshingly quick. .

Enticed by excellent Google reviews. Met very nice owner. He said he would get back to me with price. Didn't, but I called and left message inquiring. Never heard from him. Complete waste of time.

Joel and the Burkett’s team are honest mechanics. I took my car in for a brake inspection yesterday and he told me the issue would actually be under warranty at Ford. Another mechanic in Chico told me that my whole braking system needed to be replaced (pads, rotors, calipers, flush, etc.). Similarly, Joel could have taken advantage of a car illiterate guy like me, but apparently there are still mechanics with strong values and integrity, and Joel is one of them.

If you’re in the region, come to Joel and feel confident you won’t be swindled.
