Deb said-
“It will be done in a month”.
Then she said…..
“It will be done in a FEW WEEKS”.
Then she said…..
“We are working on it, call next week”
This game played on and on for SEVERAL MONTHS. until I called her bluff!
I told Deb I’m coming to look at the car……
SHE ADMITTED THEY HADN’T STARTED!
This was a simple front end bumper repair. Nothing complicated.
Deb told me she had another customer wait 8 months for their car to be fixed!
After waiting for 5 MONTHS, and being lied to consistently. We just decided to rent a trailer and haul our daughters car to another auto body shop.
Incredibly disappointed. They lied to my daughter for months. Even told her “it’s almost done!” Just for me to discover that they hadn’t even STARTED working on her car.
Just be honest - don’t say things you can’t deliver on. These folks wasted months of our time. And now we are left scrambling to get the car repaired before our daughter drives off to college!
Don’t waste your energy, and your time.
Go somewhere else. You’ll be glad you did.
We stopped here because we had an annoying weatherstripping issue on our car door on a road trip, and the kindest, most knowledgeable people helped us out. Then, totally unsolicited, they spent a half hour helping us diagnose a serious problem that had cropped up under the hood. We ended up having to go to Pocatello to the Toyota dealer to replace the timing belt, and they called ahead for us, gave us a tow truck company’s number in case we needed it, and advised us on the best options. And we made it! Thank you!!! We will pass on your generosity.
The chicken all tasted the same and service was slow. Our food was cold when we finally got it. Would not recommend
Awesome body shop owners are great and they do the job right the first time every time
A very nice guy, he helped get us back out on the road quickly.
Super helpful gentleman. Very polite and great service.
Great work helpful folks
