Came for some free fries, left with two amazing shakes. I may be lactose intolerant but it was just as good coming up as it was going down. That's how you know a good shake!
The burger came out really quick, the prices are low but the food quality isn't the best. When I sat down at my table, there was a blob of something, but at least the fries were good. So, I would rate it 3 out of 5.
Look burgerville is good. Unless they are busy. At least at this location. They had 2 cars waiting on the side. Me waiting in line at window and as soon as a spot opened they wanted me on the side etc. I feel like to catch up they cooked a bunch of patties and had them standing by. But the fries were behind or something. The fries came out hot the burgers were room temperature at best. Flavor was fine otherwise.
I'm dropping this to a one-star after going again, regrettably, and getting a No. 6 burger tonight. Look at the photo and decide for yourself.
The prices have gone up, the quality and service has gone down, and the manager doesn't care. I used the app for the $2 off Tuesdays in November and didn't get the discount. When I brought it up to the manager he said, "You have to go on the app and make a complaint." However, there is no way to do so, which I showed him. They got overpaid, I got screwed, and they claim no part of it.
Cannot say anything about atmosphere. I went through the drive-thru. The service sounded as though it was good from gegginig to end. They read the order back to me at the window and left out the large fries.
Burger ville is already one of the most expensive fast food restaurants around so to be hit with the "do you want to tip?" question in the drive through before they even have a chance to mess up your order is just awkward and uncomfortable. I don't mind tipping at an actual restaurant and receive good service but at Burger ville and before any service makes me not want to come back.
Now if the tip was for the last time you came through that might make sense.

The young man that took our order was not paying attention in the slightest. He didn't get the order right and seemed to be in a daze as he helped other customers. The food was good as usual but the service was definitely lacking.
LOVE the pumpkin shake!! The burgers were also so delicious!!
