Save yourself the money and go to McDonalds instead. At this point it’s better quality than this place. The last two times I’ve been here and got a sandwich, fries, and shake the fries are handed to me freezing (they must fry them and throw them in the fridge), the shake is never what I ordered (staff is too lazy to make it properly), and the burger is so heavily covered with onions you’re basically eating an onion mayo burger.
I ordered the strawberry chocolate shake- BOTH times I have not been given the whip cream, chocolate, and the shake is handed to me looking white.
And for this to be $20 because they demand a 15% tip at the WINDOW is absurd. I won’t be back.
The old owner was lovely and food was good, they just have sold to whatever nut job it is now who has no expectations for their staff and wants to cut as many corners as possible while increasing price 25%.
The food is AMAZING! I had ordered a small shake and the manager saw me with it waiting for the rest of my food. She approached me and said it doesn't look full enough and asked if she could add more for me.
Grwat customer service, they never fail to impress. Worth every penny!
Great local fast food place that makes quality food that tastes delicious. I love when they have specialty foods that are made with seasonal ingredients. Those are my favorite!!
Went through drive in window for a grilled chicken sandwich. Also came back next day for fresh strawberry shake which this time of year is a must! Service was quick and food was good.
Excellent fast service from friendly, clean personable employees who seem happy in their jobs, quick on and off the I-5 for a bite to eat during a storm and traffic delays. Love the gender neutral bathrooms thank you! Food was expensive but excellent. Thank you for having malt vinegar. We appreciate y'all.
We grabbed a quick bite and it was good, as we expect from Burgerville. Surprisingly few diners despite being lunch rush, though it did seem that the drive thru was consistently busy. The strawberry shake was extra yummy this time!
Showing up at 4 PM I wasn’t sure if it was a late lunch or an early dinner. Turns out it was neither. scarfed down my burger and found that I was still filled with an insatiable hunger so I looked to the French fries. 7 dollars. 7 dollars for the smallest bag of fries I’d ever seen. While the burger tasted good, the outrageous prices led me to McCdonalds to finish up my afternoon snack.
After numerous trips to this location I’ve come to realize the food is very plain and without much flavor. I believe cost has a lot to do with it also.
