The fries???? are very tasty as well as the shrimp and halibut. I also had the American cheeseburger which was just okay. The burger lacked flavor. This place is located in the foodcourt of the mall where there is seating to eat your meal with free Wi-Fi.
Everything's pretty dismal. The fries are over-salted, but crispy. The pork ribs were....we'll not good at all (I tried the BBQ version but it was very disappointing). The burger is also nothing to write home about. YMMV.
My husband and I ate here for the first time today while visiting 5th Avenue Mall in Anchorage. First, let me say that the owner is delightful! He has a wonderful sense of humor, and is very personable. We would return to this place just to talk with him. But, what a bonus that the food is delicious! We ordered the bacon cheeseburger and halibut burger. They were both yummy, but the fries were amazing! I was a little surprised that the halibut wasn't fresh pieces on the bun, instead it was a square premade patty. Still, it was very tasty. I only have a couple of photos, forgot to take pics before we chowed down on our foodies.
there was a hair in my burger and either the owner or employee was wiping his nose without gloves as he took my order AND as he handed my food off to me
The owner is super nice and was friendly to our kiddo trying to recommend tater tots to her. Her mind was set on the macaroni salad. Food was great. Yes prices are up there, but it’s Alaska.
They’re traditional fries were PERFECTLY fried but unfortunately lacked in seasoning, hardly any was shaken on my fries. The Super Double Cheeseburger was great and lacked nothing. One thing that I think they could greatly improve on is how they dish out their orders. It was very confusing as to whose order was up, especially with the server’s accent on top of it all.
Putting my rate as 5 stars so you can see my review. Owner is very rude and disrespectful. He yells for no reason and makes you feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place. He threw away our food after a few seconds of calling our names. Very weird, very horrible customer service.
The owner is rude to colored individuals. Yells for no reason even if he made the mistake. He just yells in general. The way they put out the orders is confusing and if you don’t pick up the food in a matter of seconds, the owner throws the food away. Very weird, would not recommend this place.
