Best WLM Reviews

45minutes wait for one steak, I asked for rare, got-medium rare, meat not rested, side salad no dressing, sauce bland, frites over-fried and hard as hell (my upper jaw is bruised). Lack of care and quality, throughout and bad fries in Belgium should be a crime!!! Only takeaway was to buy mayo for frites at Carrefour. Gets 1 star for cheap price, the rest is a most forgettable experience.
I recently visited this particular burger joint, lured in by their promising menu and high ratings. However, my experience was unfortunately far from satisfactory.
From the moment I entered the restaurant, the ambiance did strike a positive note. The establishment had an appealing decor, coupled with the tempting aroma of grilled patties that instantly whetted my appetite. These initial impressions soon faded away when faced with the major issue of service, which, to my dismay, was utterly disappointing.
The service, or rather lack thereof, was where my frustration began. After being seated, I was left unattended for an excruciatingly long period. Despite the restaurant not appearing excessively busy, I had to engage in a waiting game that seemed never-ending. An occasional acknowledgment of my presence or a simple update on when I would be attended to could have considerably improved the situation. However, such courtesies were unfortunately missing.
As I patiently awaited any form of interaction from the staff, I observed that there was a substantial delay in service for other patrons as well, making me wonder if the restaurant was perhaps understaffed on that particular day. Still, this hardly seems a legitimate excuse for such a prominent lapse in basic service.
The mounting frustration finally led me to vacate my table, leaving the restaurant without even having placed my order. For a place that has a reputation for serving quality burgers, the inability to even present their offerings to a willing customer is a monumental letdown. The experience left a sour taste, without even a bite of their acclaimed burgers.
In conclusion, I was deeply disappointed by the lackluster service. A dining experience isn't solely about the food but also about the overall customer service that adds to the dining experience. Unfortunately, this restaurant fell short on the latter aspect. I hope the management will take this into account and implement necessary changes to improve their service and customer interactions.
Very cosy atmosphere and we got a very warm welcome. The host helped us with the menu and food is delicious.
First time we went there the food was quite bad, however the second time it was ok. Although the staff were pretty friendly and talkative, the service was a bit slow.
Always a warm welcome here. English spoken. Simple menu and children portions available (plenty of pasta in the spag bol)
I seem to have the steak each time I go, cooked nice just off rare
mediocre food and ok service. ambiance is stressed ... understaffed? they forgot to put salt on fries and forgot to apply salad sauce. 3 stars only as meat was cooked nicely.
A nice burger restaurant and pub.
The burgers were nice, and the service was good
Great food. Quite unique flavor with traditional style. Waiter was really polite and great help.
