I go to burger King on sr52 in Hudson and they shorted us 3 fries and my whopper was the worst sandwich I've ever had my wife whopper jr was so bad she would not even eat it and when I tried calling they don't even pick up there phone.. I live 7 mins from there never will go there again... poor management because this is not our first time with issues from there but guess what it will be our last!!!! Pic is a so called whopper jr.. stay away don't waste your money there
Consistently bad service and subpar food. Every single time I go I am missing items. Chicken fries are always short. I just got a chicken sandwich and the whole root of the lettuce was on my sandwich. Missing fries, old food and undercooked chicken nuggets.
Theyll get your order wrong and then wont correct it. Theyll rip you off and charge you 12 dollars for a single burger. Last time im going here. 4 things for almost 20 dollars, complete rip off.
Almost didn’t come here tonight, my son begged me too. Honestly what a pleasant experience the woman whom cared for us at the counter was kind and fun. Customers service on point even the cook was helpful . For got to get a crown for my son and he came right up to help. Way to go BK and you can’t beat a $.69 cone
Now I remember why I don't go this Burger King, constant issues with orders through drive-thru. This last time, placed order at the intercom, forgot to add an additional drink. When I get to the window I tell them hey I need to add something. The guy name Ty tells me that they can't adjust orders at the window. I just want to add an orange juice, continues to tell me he can't. Am I supposed to go back through the drive-thru line? by the way there was no one behind me ... but what an inconvenience to just add an orange juice. I just got my original order and went to Wawa next door to get OJ.
We were going thru drive thru and the gentleman taking order was so fast and rude pushed us thru when I got to window asked the female to repeat order and she did I said we need to change it cause it was wrong she said we can’t do that we don’t change orders. Would have to take this order I looked at her said no thank you and pulled away. Do not go there very rude
We had 2 separate people in the car with different coupons for 2 separate orders which has never been a problem anywhere. The owner of this particular store has decided to only take one coupon per car even though they are separate orders. Neither one of us have much money but she paid twice as much because they wouldn't take her coupon. What a douche canoe. That was our last visit to your store and will make sure we tell everyone.
People were super nice, sadly my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 double whoppers, and when I got home my friend and I got single whoppers. I didn't call them or go back, but as my first experience at that store, it was mixed. The staff seemed very chill, but the order accuracy was mixed. They also forgot ranch with my chicken fries, but I know that is just a minor mistake.
