Been sitting here for over 20 mins for 2 burgers n an order of chicken fries. Which they messed up. Hire more people or just close the place. No one even gets their food thru the drive thru because either way you've got to park and wait. This is ridiculous. Someone should call BK n tell them how this private owner is running their name into the ground. Guess I'll go back to McDonald's or Wendy's from now on. This place is a joke.
It's 5:40a.m. the drive though open light is on. I pull up to order to no one. Menu isn't on or the kiosk. Just because they say they're open doesn't mean they actually are. Don't waste your time for breakfast in the early morning here.
Absolutely hate this place! I return every few months in hopes of it getting better. 2 years later and it seems even worse.frequently Incorrect orders,cold fries,watered down soda,old chicken,wrong burgers. Went again last night and got 2 bacon double melts for $11.98 and the bread wasn't even toasted!!! IT'S A MELT !!!!! I asked for a receipt and she said it was in the bag. 3 times. Guess what NO Receipt!!!!¡ Lazy staff that stands at back door and smokes while the smoke goes in customers windows while trying to order!! This place is an absolute disgrace. Don't count on fresh warm food and definitely don't expect service with a smile!!! Coos bay has 1 good BK this one needs to be torn down and an In and Out put in!!!! *CUSTOMER BE WARNED*
We ordered 2 hamburgers in the drive through. When my son was getting ready to take his first bite he pulled a hair out of his. Once we got to where we were going I opened my wrapper and there was a hair sticking out from mine! So I proceeded to call and told the guy who answered the phone what happened and immediately he replied "we don't have anyone here working with that color of hair. Everyone has light color hairr." He was very rude! We spent $18 for only 2 hamburgers! We could of went to a good casual sit down restaurant and ordered 2 meals to go for a few dollars more and wouldhave been almost as fast.Which I will do next time. The rude attitude and hair in both of our burgers I will never go back and highly recommend going to one of the other 3 fast food places located with in just a few blocks.
Update: one more try to give the benefit of the doubt ordered 1 whopper with extra pickels and a double whopper with no tomato. We got the order The whopper had NO pickels and the double whopper HAD tomatoes and extra pickels! It was not busy at all only 2 cars in the parking lot and no cars in the drive through. There is no excuse for this. I will never go back I will drive to Noth bend if I want burger king.
Got the regular cheese burger melt. Which is supposed to be a grilled and the bottom bread was mushy didn't even look like it was toasted I asked if the sandwich had pickles on it was told no and there was pickles in the sauce the put on it... Glad I'm not allergic to pickles. And to make it even worse the burgers had a nice burnt charcoal layer.. My mom got the Swiss mushroom melt and she said it wasn't any better then mine
They got new employees. They are awesome. Best ordering experience ever.
I went through the drive-through, and the person who took my money and gave me my order was very friendly and nice.
Garbage. Manager is rude as hell and should be fired. Her attitude alone explains why the place is barren and empty.
The owner of this BK should really consider replacing her, they'd actually have a customer base if they did.
