If I could I would give 0 stars. Paid over $30 and almost left with only half of the meal, because nothing was correctly put into our bags, had to request the rest of order twice. Get home to find our meals were made improperly ( up charged for pickles that we never received in sandwich) then open my melt to see it wasn’t even toasted. Only thing that seemed toasted was the crew. Lost my business, would rather eat at Culver’s for the same price, better service, better food.
This burger King is so dirty and the bathrooms are nasty and the dining area floor is all sticky and trash on the floor and tables are dirty. I can't eat here I came here with 20 members of my family we happened to eat burgers King and now we are going to McDonald's for dinner, and the manager with the white shirt served cold food.
Never ever have enough staff to operate efficiently and constantly getting the food order wrong, even after repeating it back five or six times so ten to twelve altogether yes you read that correctly they still got the order incorrect! I know fast food can be a little bit of a pain but when there were no cars none well a door dash did come in behind us which we were asked to move for so we had to exit the stores drive thru to pull all the way back around again so this door dash could get there order. Now ours was not difficult just a request for no pickle on any of our sandwiches well that was just too much to get correct well they did on three of the four but not acceptable no pickles means no pickles should not be hard to comprehend when four out of four are no pickles!
As long as the AC doesn't break down again, it's an easy place to grab a quick bite. Service is usually good but as the day shift ends & night shift starts, the service, food & atmosphere take a serious nose dive. Most fastfood restaurants do the same but on a smaller scale. While it's convenient to have a place to eat late, it's a roll of the dice as to whether the food will be edible or even recognizable.
Just close this location down. They didn't have any "new" wraps. They are always closed at least an hour earlier than posted. While doing Doordash, they didn't have what the customer ordered and when asked if they could substitute the shake that they didn't have, they closed the window. 0 customer service. This location is a waste of space. Rude, dirty and pathetic.
The food was very good and fresh. Service was great. 4 stars on food because the soda machine was off that day.
Pulled in drive thru. They were rude and didn’t accept the app code and was the only car in the drive thru. no one in the lobby. Pulled up to second window and the manager told us she can’t put in the six digits because she would have to ring everything up again to use the code. Slammed the window and opened up the window handed us the food and slammed the window closed. Then locked it right away. Never have we been treated this way at this business.
Absolutely love this Burger King mainly because of Bridget , the woman who works the drive through window is an absolute angel! She is so sweet and welcoming if only more people were like Bridget
