Atmosphere is pretty boring no TVs or music on, the service was adequate but the food was disappointing. The soda machine was out of coke, root beer and Dr pepper. Please go back to fountains and get rid of this garbage machine. The new mozzarella sticks were horrible and not worth the price. The fries were lukewarm.... Nothing hot or crispy about them.
Of course the typical slow service expected these days......"fast food" now requires about 40 minutes.
The food is okay.
I don't think it tastes as good as it used to and of course the portion sizes have become smaller and much much more expensive.
Extremely quiet both times I went in, ordered, sat down and ate. Food was cool, not warm or hot. I use their app to order as I usually am travelling, don't like to interact with others because of the pandemic (which you here nothing about anymore). Most go through drive-in; too lazy to get out, order, eat in. Traffic along 9W is an absolute nightmare; people coming from Poughkeepsie, others coming from the south as well as heading to Poughkeepsie and south, contribute to heavy traffic on 9W.
Even with deals BK is expensive for what they offer.
Delicious food with excellent service! Thanks Ryan and Justin! The best Specialist made grilled and spicy chicken on honey Hawaiian bunz, with sweet angry whopper sauce, extra tomatoes, angry onions, mozzarella and parmesan, bacon, lettuce, with a touch of breakfast burrito sauce! Its worth the upgrade if getting an already AMAZING 2for6$$$ ????????????????????????
Expensive, and the soda was so watered down it tasted like seltzer. I think I'm done with fast food.
PS I was the only one in there at 12:30 pm on a Wednesday.
Stopped in with the family after picking up some furniture in Poughkeepsie Very very clean Burger King food was fresh service was kind a small mistake on the order that was quickly and kindly resolved this has got to be the best Burger King I have ever been too give this crew a raise!
Meh... I haven't been to Burger King in years because I didn't like the food. Just decided to try their Double King Burger - still don't like their food. That said, service was fast, restaurant wasn't particularly clean. If you like Burger King, you'll probably give this one three stars as well.
Food in the Highland N.Y location Always cold to luke warm, worse Burger King around.
