The burger was a little dry. There was not enough sauce. The fries were also dry and not very tasty. In general, everything is fine...
Wow, what an impressive night of service and speed. Attentiveness to address the customers and keep them smiling while waiting for fresh food at the window. The warm hearted women at the window crowned us all and turned our night around from a bad KFC experience earlier that evening. Our daughter requested this special trip for just an order of fries and you went above and beyond the meal.

I asked for a simple sandwich, and the last two times I've been there, it was made wrong.
I asked for a chicken sandwich PLAIN cheese and mustard ONLY. It was even rung up that way on my receipt. The first time, I received a plain chicken sandwich, with only mustard, no cheese. This time, I received a plain chicken sandwich with mustard and lettuce, no cheese.
This burger King is just okay. They seem to be out of something or have something broken every time. No CO2 for the sodas, the broiler is broken for the whoppers, the frozen coke machine is down, etc. In terms of a fast food restaurant and berger king in general, it's pretty much what you'd expect.

Burger King in Rutland is the worse option. It is owned by an out of town outfit that neglects the store. Try Wendy's or McDonalds. The restaurant is trashy and the employees are underpaid by local standards. This shows in every aspect of your experience at Rutland Burger King. I'm a BK fan and I do hope that one day they clean the place up but for now I choose to go elsewhere.
Just be careful using the drive thru. It's a double lane drive-thru and the far right lane gets neglected. It's a new system for them, it will get better.
This place is really good some nights and then really slow others. The last time that we were there we waited a very long time.
