Food was simply not great. The whopper was smothered in sloppy sweet mayonnaise. Extremely overpowering. The fries were about the only thing that tasted just right. They also forgot to include the 2 burgers I initially ordered so I had to go back and get them. The food did not sit right with my stomach. Super sick the next day. Don’t eat here.
The most messed up burger I gotten yet. the onions thicker then the tires on my car. How you make bread more dry then it already is?
The food honestly for the whopper way too much mayo. It was over powering. I ordered the chicken sandwich. Same again way too much mayo. I've had b.k before. NEVER over powering mayo. I actually had to force it down my throat. Eating it was a nightmare. I would say never go there. I choose mcdonalds over burger king.
Let's face it. Burger King is Great !!! The burgers are always hot and fresh as well as the fries ???? Their prices are much better than the competition, plus they are much more friendly. I am sick and tired of going into other places like McDonald's and Wendy's and standing at the front counter while they keep taking drive-through orders one after another and finally after 10 minutes they noticed you standing there after they have filled 50 other orders. That never happens at BK keep up the good work.
The place is always understaffed its 10+ minutes wait in the drive thru . The trash cans inside of the restaurant are always overflowing. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have 30+minutes to wait on your food
I told the lady I have a coupon code at the drive thru, she says oh OK it shows up as a blah blah blah, but she needs a paper coupon. Why does burger king have an app with digital codes but they need to have a piece of paper for a coupon? This location is the worst because it's a franchise, not corporate. If it shows up as a coupon, just take my money and give me my food. Isn't the transaction on credit card good enough for "keeping records".
Here on March 3rd at 10:30 p.m.. I get to sit at the drive-thru speaker for 12 minutes before somebody answers. While I was waiting I called the store phone number nobody picked up. It says it's open till 12:00 and right now it's only 10:30. Obviously no manager and obviously nobody cares. You really let people sit in the drive-thru and not answer? Well if you're going to have terrible service then you're going to have a bad restaurant and word gets around
Not sure why I was asked to not pull all the way up to the service window until they were ready even though there was no one in line? Then they waved us up gave us the soda that was on the order then asked us to back back up until food was ready. I mean it wasnt that long that we had to wait just very confused about the whole pull up back up thing.
