NEVER AGAIN!! Downloaded the app and ordered the hamburger day deal but the app failed every time I tried to check out. I went to the counter and offered to pay there but the tool at the counter and the manager refused saying they wouldn't do that. My wife did get the burger deal with fries and both were totally cold. Not even slightly warm and a complete disappointment. We asked for ketchup and pepper and were told that they didn't have any. I deleted the app and went to Wendy's. The manager at Wendy's was happy to help me navigate the app and get the burger day deal. I'm going to Wendy's from now on when I am in the area and I highly recommend that everyone should AVOID the rip-off Burger King and go to Wendy's. Wendy's food is MUCH better and they also provide helpful friendly service.
while waiting in the drive-through for 25 minutes I noticed that there was many people inside but people trying to get in could not because the door was locked and the majority of the people trying to eat in were elderly who took a decent amount of time trying to get to the door in the first place only to see people are eating in and the door is locked. After that, once we finally got to the ordering station in the drive-through we had to wait another five minutes before we were even spoken to, we finally ordered our food, and we drove around waited another five minutes to get up to the window. once we were there we paid and waited another five minutes to get our food which so happened to be cold.
I asked for cook to order because everytime i go its so gross and cold. Well go into the bag and i got a chicken sandwich it was not fresh it was cold tasted old and disgusting. The lady was sort of friendly could have been better.
Can I give it ZERO STARS????? I had to wait 6 minutes to order with not one other person in line. I then waited 19 minutes for 2 cheeseburger meals. Totally ridiculous! The food sat in a sack for several minutes before they handed it to me. I would have just asked for them to cancel/refund but nobody paid any attention to me.
I ordered a cup of coffee and the young man said it was on the house. I asked why. He said because I felt like it! Wow. How nice was that? Of course I told all the people I was with and they were also amazed and a little jealous.
Food was cold. Trash bins were dirty. Restroons were unusable, never seen such a dirty public restroom.
As we was driven threw the moment the service at the mic was not speaking clear for me to understand her with my hearing at it took over 5 mins and 43 seconds the guy the collected the money was rude.
Then they used a huge white van to block the drive thru to not have any more cars as the policy or Burger King violates the policy and regulations of corporate and franchise policy’s
