The bacon king is a huge burger, and it tasted amazing. The fries are kinda cold and not as salty. The original chicken is amazing and heavy on the mayo

This restaurant is in really sorry shape. The first thing I saw when I walked in today was a giant puddle of rainwater leaking from the ceiling all over a table. Took longer than it should have to get my food, especially given that they refuse to let you order at the counter. It was "Go to the kiosk and don't talk to us". The poor folks next to me were having trouble with the kiosk, and the employee who went to help them looked to literally be dragging his feet on his walk to get there. When I finally got my food, my "medium" fry had less than a small fry's worth of food in it and my grandma's cheeseburger was cold.

All in all, I felt very unwelcome there. There was one single nice lady behind the counter who seemed to be hustling to try to pick up the slack, but overall I don't feel like I have any desire to ever go there again.

Terrible. The line was super long so we decided to go in, where I had to input my order into a kiosk which took forever. Plus wait additional time to finally get a cup, go get my own drink, I might as worked there, cuz I did everything!! Then after that long wait, my fries and onion rings are cold. Nuggets were hard! Everything was Terrible!! Poor service!!!

The manager is mean and nasty. Even though they got the order weong. She has no manners at all. I always say please and Thank you. She just stares at you. We order the cloud deinks without icecream and she still adds it. We go back around to tell her and she gets mad. She's the one who gets it wrong every time.

Zero stars should be an option. This establishment needs to be CLOSED. Ordered food for my girlfriend and I. Waited 20 minutes. And still had 3 cars ahead of me before i payed. Thank god you can pull out of the line. I left and went to Wendys right up the street. There were atleast 5 more cars in the line then at Burger King. We still had our food in 5 minutes! Do NOT waste your time or money going here. I almost never write reviews. But this place is on a whole new level of HORRIBLE!

My eggs were burned and they still serve them to me and they were overcooked and rubbery

Went there about a week ago, I was the third car in line. The car at the speaker sat there for 10 minutes and finally I backed out and left. Went there again tonight and when I got to the speaker I was told "just a moment." I then sat there for literally 15 minutes at which point and frustration I said loudly Why are you guys even open if this is the way you run things? The girl responded by saying she was taking orders at the drive-thru and in the store and that's why it was taken so long. Even after that I sat there for another five minutes before I drove away without ever getting my order taken. This Burger King should just be shut down if this is the way every customer is dealt with.

Women's restroom was closed and the men's was not pleasant and unsafe for someone with disabilities. Only thing good was the onion rings in spite of all the salt on them.
