First, the good.
The management assisted in taking my order. He was pleasant and took my order to perfection. My food was also fresh and hot.
However, this facility is screaming for help to be updated from the inside out. Outside there is a sign that says Kids Club that was probably torn off in a storm. Do you or do you not have a kids club? The sidewalk is in much need of repair. Someone could fall. Inside it needs a thorough cleaning. One of the staff had long hair. No hat or anything to hold back hair. You need that around food. The restroom was not very clean and it smelled. Finally, it took a while to receive my order.
Easy to access from the interstate. It was two tenths of a mile from the exit. It has clean restrooms and a drive thru for your convenience. There have handicap access and plenty of parking
i didn't mind this location, it was close, and the food was ok, but i just sat at the drive thru waiting for them to take my order for about 5-10, with no response to me saying hello. i hear them chatting low through the speaker every so often but no response, so i sad screw it rather driver to blair then deal with this rude service.
BK (imo) has the best burgers. Since we skipped breakfast today, I had a made-to-order Double Whopper with jalapenos and a side of Halfsies (half fries, half onion rings) for lunch. Despite being short-staffed, service was prompt and the order was accurately prepared.
Showed up here Wed between 6 & 7 pm in store because my van wouldn't fit in drive thru. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and heard nor seen anyone. No customers, no workers, nothing. Tried saying hello loudly several times and nothing. Only 1 car was in the lot. Finally left and went to McDonald's. Thanks for nothing Burger King
It was pretty slow when we went but the food was good. Corporate needs to fix the place up a bit though.
Waited over 30 minutes to get food in drive thru. Tried to call local number to cancel but it’s disconnected. Never going back.
It's on the west side of I-29...the not so busy side. This place doesn't get much business. Dining room isn't open. So when you do go here, everything is made to order. Friendly people. Nice cheap food for when you need something to keep you going.
