Visited today and I had a great experience with the staff here. I ordered a whopper from the app and it was on a special deal. I didn't specify regular Whopper and I was given a impossible Whopper.
I went back after taking one bite and I was given the correct sandwich and it was offered with cheese which is usually more money and I was given a free French fry. The sandwich was hot and delicious and the fries were amazing ???? I would definitely recommend this location and the staff who were just amazing and helpful. I'll definitely be coming to this B.K. more often.
Also got chicken nuggets and they were hot and fresh as well ???? A+ 5 stars ????
This location should be closed permanently. Terrible food and service. The food is not edible. DO NOT order from here.
Unbelievable. Stopped here just before noon, so you’d think they would be all geared up for the lunch customers. Ordered a bacon melt and chicken wrap. Wrap was fine. Bacon melt came out stone cold, cheese couldn’t even melt. Now I would be open to this being a one off, however we got the same thing last week and it was the same story. They also had me wait a little longer while they prepared this frozen treat. Unreal.
Hard to understand their english. Food was cold and incorrect. Burger's cheese never melted by any means. And the fries were cold snd sitting around. Great area and clean resturaunt. If they had friendlier help and hot food id give it a better score.
Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes after placing a mobile order over an hour before closing to get stared at by the worker for the entire thirty minutes with four cars behind me. He spent the entire time cleaning and hiding in the corner without speaking to me once, and then proceeded to shut all of the lights off and leave. It’s not even time for them to close yet.. if it says you close at 1am.. close at 1am. Don’t leave five people in your drive thru line without communicating once and just hide in the corner until you leave. Do not go to this Burger King EVER.
The customer service was rude when we asked for sauces he acted like he did not want to give us it and he is through it on the counter he side eyed me. The food was over cooked and very dry.
I've never had a problem with this location unil today. I ordered a regular Whopper no tomatoes, pickles. So it didn't cross my mind that I need to check and make sure that my order is right because I'm a regular to the point that they already know what I'm going to order and they know my name but they gave me the IMPOSSIBLE Whopper ????. I noticed it tasted weird so when I look closer that's when I noticed they got my order wrong. Not even my cat would eat the plant base patty, I hate wasting food ????????♀️. I tried calling the location for over 45mins and NOBODY pick up the phone and the voicemail is FULL. I take public transportation to the next town over so it's not like it's easy for me to just go back there and complain in person.
Tried the new Classic Chicken sandwich for dinner and it's surprisingly good! Big crispy chunk of chicken that doesn't taste like fast food. I'm not usually a BK fan but this sandwich changed my outlook. Hubby liked the deluxe version too.
