I know that I have been rough on Burger King before, but the food is good. The staff is OK, the restaurant is not as clean as I would like. I was there a few days ago, and the soap was empty, I was there today, still empty. I know it's not the food but the cleanliness.And the welcoming of a restaurant is as important to me as the food .
I am ringing in with a astonishing single star across the board because me my lady and my dog had to sit in the Drive-Thru for quite some time before we were able to place our order upon placing our order or order taker was not listening and we had to repeat ourselves and are very simple order multiple times to get it putting the computer correctly upon paying and receiving our meal we decided to add a water for our dog as it was a hot day I did not tell our server it was for our dog and we were charged 25 cents for the water it was normally 27 cents so we got a two Penny discount however are water came with no straw and our order taker/server didn't stick around long enough to make sure we didn't need anything else it was just plain rude after that we went and parked in some shade to eat our food quite a few blocks down the road at which moment we discovered that none of our burgers were made the way they were supposed to be I tried to contact the store multiple times however this store has a automated hangup so it will ring a few times and then hang up you will never get a hold of a person no matter how many times you call my lady spent upwards of 7 hours trying to call off and on and they never answered one of her phone calls crazy now I got to drive all the way across town to get our orders replaced and wouldn't you know he didn't even give us our receipt perfect this one will go down in the history books like a fart in church
Anna was absolutely sublime in the drive through. Personality was 10 out of 10. Nobody needs to be that nice in a drive through, but she was incredible. Definitely my go to Burger King from now on.
The chain Burger King should be extremely enraged with this location I have eaten there several times only due to it being conveniently located if. I could give negative stars I would give negative 7 stars, @ the drive thru I have to repeat myself several times, and even after repeating myself so many times they still get my order completely wrong when I have gone inside the staff even management has ignored me for at least 10-15 minutes before they even greet me then after greeting me they still take another 5-10 minutes before taking my order as far as the food you can get better food from Maverick or any other gas station this location's food is always stale, cold, or soggy if it weren't for the convenience of the location I would not have wasted my time money or my patience

Lady working night shift 04/10/24 refuses to give me shake because she cleaned the machine more than an hour before closing. Lazy workers don’t deserve to get paid.
I love me some Burger King and this location is no exception. Always clean when I go, Everyone's helpful and patient despite the rush to get those delicious burgers and fries out. You can order in store or in the app for this location which makes it convenient for sure. I've never had food missing from orders and I've never had to ask for corrections. The dining area is always clean and the food is always quick.
Went by Burger King today on 2nd Street in Ogden. Ordered a few whoppers and some fries. Very disatisfied..... On one of the Whoppers it had so much ketchup that it looked like the entire burger was bleeding, on another Whopper the bottom bun was burnt blacker than the asphalt on the street and looks like it had been run over with a steamroller. If I wanted a mouthful of ketchup and burnt bread I could have eaten at home. Please see attached photos ????????????????
