They are a scam , I grew up with the commercial have it your way slogan for Burger King … I go here ask for light ice in my drink and they say .50 up charge for light ice or a request of no ice . So let’s get this straight you ask for something less the store provides and they give you and up charge . lol won’t belong before they are closed . They made nothing from me and will not get any more money from me . As well, I will pass the words to all the students I teach save your money and buy else where for a better and more respectful purchase. Bye Bye BK , crash & burn BK!
DO NOT go to this location. They rip off seniors. My parents ordered and paid for 2 King burgers and they gave them 2 small cheeseburgers instead. What is worse is my mother who is 70 years old went back and told them they made a mistake and the worker there insisted these were King burgers. The wrappers even day cheeseburgers. I've had these burgers many times before and these are NOT King burgers. Do not support a company that preys on the elderly.
Ordered online and there web page says delivery so I ordered put in address for delivery put in card information and it charged my account and I never got the food. And BK says the delivery is farmed out. It’s been 2 hours since I ordered. And I never got my money back.
Food and service is great! Burgers are flame broiled and delicious! New chicken sandwiches are so good!
Today is 2/28/23 and this bk is still closing the lobby, they say it’s due to staff shortages so you can order through the drive thru. Unfortunately the guys who drive big trucks for work like me can’t fit in the drive thru nor walk thru the drive through to order. Before I wrote this review I tried to be understanding but it’s 2023 this has been a problem for truck drivers for awhile. When there could be a better alternative than closing the lobby. McDonald’s would never do that, instead they would only have you order from a kiosk in the lobby. So I guess the answer to this problem would be invest in better technology so we can all eat when you’re short staffed.

This time, when I ordered, I said I wanted my burger grilled right then and not pulled out of a warming tray as I wanted my burger hot!
They said no problem.
My combo meal, including fries, was piping hot.
Much better and very good!
Normally I don't have any issues with the location but tonight definitely not happy. Took the girl taking the order five times to get the order and make it right. Then the cheeseburgers were greasy and the wrapping paper was greasy and the marker was smearing. The cheeseburgers were not very warm either. The chicken nuggets were tolerable. At least the French fries were fresh. This was a drive through order.
It's burger King, so no surprises. But they are starting to be a better value than summer of their competitors
