We came in around 9.00 pm on a Wednesday. Not busy and I get that items might have to be cooked to order. We ordered three burgers, two onions rings and two pops.
Well, our bag had been worked over (see the pics) after being grabbed so many times by the workers. We waited over 20 minutes to get food. We plus one other car came through the drive-through the whole time. They were still waiting when we left. All items were put in the bag except one burger. How do we know? Because both burgers and onion rings were cold to the touch. One burger was hot. So our food sat in a bag for almost 20 minutes while they waited for one burger to be cooked. We could also see them while we waited. I Google and the burger burger takes 2 to 3 minutes to cook. Apparently, the cooks were on a break.
Just disappointing because it coat us over $40 and we ended up not eating much.
The Royal Crispy Chicken Wraps were a huge let down. Cold tortillas, lukewarm warm chicken, and just a few pieces of lettuce tomato tasted like something a 10 year old would make.
Went to this location a couple days ago and Michelle that was working lobby counter and drive thru window was doing amazing considering she only had one other employee there working with her. I was impressed with how she was handling the stress of the busy customer amount coming in and still she was very pleasant.
Give her a kudos and a high five for being so awesome at her job.
The restaurant is clean and the service is fast and friendly. The food is what you would expect at Burger King. I usually get the Whopper Jr with cheese and a small beverage. It tastes great. I usually also get a container of barbecue sauce to have with my burger. Jack in the Box has started charging for these but they are still free at Burger King. I recommend it.
This Burger King was a bit disappointing because the dine in area was closed. I’m assuming the owner must not pay his employees a reasonable wage since there was a sign on the front door blaming the closure on a staff shortage. There are three fast food restaurants directly across the street that aren’t experiencing such problems. The food I got was what you’d expect from Burger King these days. Nothing terrible, nothing special, and much, much smaller than what you would’ve gotten a few years ago.
I would give a zero if I could. Got stuck in drive through May 15 and after over 20 minutes drive through was not moving.and no cars were in front of the speaker but no one was taking orders. Husband walked in and manager was super rude stating that’s the best her people could do. It’s a drive through. Poorly managed and run. We left as did the row behind us.
They have the cashier running from window one to window 2 why not just have them station at one window. Plus been there twice in at night during dinner time they take over 5 minutes just to get your order taken then once u pay they have you park for 5 more Minutes and to only get old food hard chicken that feels like it was reheated again. Chicken nuggets hard as a rock and fries cold. If I’m going to be parked I better be getting fresh food. Not coming back during night. Manager (gm) is rude.
Lord. Avoid coming here at night! I pulled up to the drive through with an online order around 9:40pm. Car in speaker didn’t move! I waited for 12 minutes before coming inside and even then no one came up to me & I caught the worker staring at me super annoyed. No sense of urgency whatsoever! Not even a “I’ll be with you in just a moment” nothing! Horrible customer service! WORST service I ever experienced as a customer. Never coming back that’s for sure & you shouldn’t either! Save yourself and go one exit down on exit 206!
