DON’T ORDER ONLINE. DON’T EAT HERE AT ALL. I ordered online and when I arrived, I was told they were closed even though the store hours said they close at 10. I contacted their online support for a refund and they claim they don’t have access to my payment details and offered a $15 credit to my BK account. I will NEVER eat there again.
amazing. Manager and employees are always amazing. stop in there frequently just to say hello to Mrs.Kay and Radona. great staff and good food. they don't pay them enough!
The service here is great. Especially compared to the BK at the other colonial heights location and the Hopewell location. This is as good as it gets for BK in this area. There are a lot of one star reviews in the past few months but I don't see it.

We got our food to go so there was no returning to the front desk.

Chicken sandwich and chicken fries were burnt. Using old fry oil. Black smoke comes up while cooking I notice.
We stopped here to go to bathroom and the woman’s bathroom was absolutely unacceptable, nasty & disgusting. There was long black hairs in the sink, trash on the floor, & feminine products on the bathroom floor. There is no excuse a bathroom should ever look like this
**Update: Stopped by today and nothing has changed!! It's gotten worse!!**
I'm so disgusted I purchased a bacon king and it wasn't fresh at all. French fries tasted like oil, old oil at that. I went through drive through but ended up going inside because drink was flat and I wanted it changed. The inside is so dirty and lots of flies around also mold. Yes!! Mold. This place needs to shut down. As soon as I saw the mold I instantly fell sick.
This is the worst Burger King ever. Food is always trash and drive through takes forever
